I contracted this individual to repair a roof leak around the chimney…read more Upon discussing the work scope , the individual had various experience in the roofing trade, per his conversation he worked as a subcontractor for a roofing company. The individual hired two additional roofing personal to assist. The issues surfaced by the end of the first day with the inexperience they had. The sheathing was improperly cut and pieced in. The flashing was attached directly to the plywood of the chimney without any moisture barrier or felt paper, also they were going to stucco right over the exposed plywood allowing moisture penetration and rotten wood within a year. I pointed out this unacceptable workmanship and he had nothing to say other than to agree it was incorrect. The flashing needed to be removed and a moisture barrier installed to prevent potential wood rot. I was done at that point and told him to install the shingles to keep it dry and I will tear everything off at later date to accomplish the rework properly. The shingles were installed the next day and also reflected the inexperience of this individual with blending the shingles to the existing roof. When the discussion came for final payment he stated he would remove $400 off of a $2400 invoice. This individual has no integrity or honor when it comes to doing the right thing. Referrals are everything and now the neighbors see his integrity and quality of work and so will others. If he had the experience he talked about the job would have been done correctly, also he back peddled on his year warranty he initially stated and offered additional excuses. Look else where there are true professionals out there !!

Ryan kept me apprised of all he was doing and took care of all permits and inspections. His team showed up early, did what was on the agenda for the day and left me with a clean work area every day when they left. Someone always showed up during an inspection and took care of everything. By the time all was completed, I felt great relief knowing my family is safe. I was told doors and windows had been ordered -- they were not. Subcontractors showed up at my home expecting payment and later stopped coming because they were not paid. There was no consistent supervision, no reliable schedule, and no transparency. The experience felt like constant overpromising followed by underdelivering. If you are considering this company, DON'T DO IT. Based on my experience, I STRONGLY regret hiring them.
