The two technicians Micah sent over were simply awesome. They took on the extra job of removing the mantle and did a masterful job with that. I also asked them to strap several devices to the back of the TV so nothing would show (which I wasn't sure was possible), but they did an excellent job with that also. The TVs were mounted perfectly both inside and out and all for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Realife Systems.

It would also require installing an over the air antenna, connecting our Sirus radio, and a few other tasks. On May 8, Chad Crawford came to the house and reviewed all my requested tasks and stated it was work he could do. He stated he would email me an estimate by Friday, May 12. On May 17, when I had not received the estimate, I called Chad's direct number (205.464.9683) and left a voice message requesting Chad call me. I got no call. On May 19, I emailed Chad who responded "I apologize. You should have already received it. Let me check and I'll get back to you." It is June 8 and I never heard another word from Chad Crawford. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend anyone do business with Realife Systems and Chad Crawford that has such non follow through on committments.

They removed it however, they charged me a diagnostic fee. First off, the charge is bogus as there was no diagnostic. I called and spoke to the manager(John Barnette), he was rude and definitely was not considerate of the customer. He threaten sending me to collections as oppose to working with me. I asked for his manager and he indicated he did not have one. Ownership, if you are reading this, I highly recommend you coach your management team, as they are and will hurt your revenue stream.
