If you're also a rare plants collector, I'm not sure there's a better nursery than this in South Florida. Raul, their sales lead is amazing in every way and makes the shopping experience that much more fun. His passion for rare plants is contagious and I always look forward to our interactions. Everyone that works there is kind and helpful. Pricing is on the mid to high range, but most definitely the highest of quality in terms of exotic plants. Have always had a great experience. Looking forward to my next visit. Please keep having a clearance area, its such a welcomed opportunity to own some rare plants that need a little help that would otherwise be out of reach. Appreciate you!

5 Stars for a plant-lover's oasis! (And a fancy plant greenhouse with the kind of plants that make you daydream!) I really enjoyed walking around and checking out the selection here. They seem to have something for everyone- from large trees, to small shrubs, to beautiful orchids, and Instagram-favorite plants (looking at you, fiddle leaf fig). Raul helped us out in the special greenhouse that houses their more rare and special varieties. These ranged from in the low hundreds to one small plant I saw going for $4500! Though it sounds nuts, they really are something to look at. And there are very reasonably-priced plants for those not trying to take out a loan! We got a few plants and as we went to check out, Raul helped us with some questions and never made us feel rushed (even though there was a short line behind us). You can tell it's a family-owned spot and the people who work there love the plants. Big fan!

This place is enormous! And beautiful. The selection of plants are outstanding and you can tell they're taken care of. The have every possible plant I can imagine from every possible price point. I loved every second being there I truly felt like I was in a rainforest. It was beautiful. They even have a green house area where they keep their super rare and expensive plants, they even had waterfalls in the green house really sealing in the oasis vibes. Everything was pristine and the staff was very kind and helpful. They even had another section with arrangements pre-made ready to take home. This nursery made me want to buy everything the quality was excellent I knew I walked out with a plant that would survive. Cannot recommend this place enough. If you love plants and need to add to your collection you have to check this place out!!

PC has a great variety of plants. I've mostly explored the houseplants area and I've purchase quite a few plants from them. As with most plant places, a few of the plants do have spider mites or other pests so it's important to do treatment once you bring your plant home. Most of their staff are nice. The young man who does checkout isn't the friendliest with me compared to how I've seen him with other (white) customers. He's also charged me incorrectly a few times, which I've pointed out and he corrected it without a problem. Their new rare plant area with the fountain is also really nice. The nursery itself is great to walk around and is beautiful.

This place is massive and beautiful. From pots, to fillers, landscaping foliage, aerials, vining, tropical plants and more, this is a great place for beginners or veteran plant enthusiast. I didn't make it in time to go into the green house (there looked to be many humidity-loving and variegated tropical plants in there) but the rest of the landscape left me with note than enough options. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the plants were reasonably priced, vibrant, full and healthy (some had their little imperfections and old leaves), and the plant were placed perfectly without needing any assistance. I had my eye on several large planters and I know where to come back to shop local to decorate my backyard space.

The staff was very helpful during our recent visit. The property is easy to navigate to checkout all that they have to offer. They do have a new rare plant section with a large selection. We grabbed several nice plants. The location is easy to get to and they have a few friendly cats around the property.

Believe the negative reviews. I was excited to come here for my birthday and drop a ton of money but left dissapointed. for positives - staff is incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful, and obviously busy and hard working. there's a wide variety of interesting plants. plants were 25% off for negatives- everything is bug infested and they don't care. i feel that if you spend $400+ on a plant it should be bug free. i rented a car to drive out and didnt realize my $600 of plants were bug infested until i returned to the hotel. i contacted them asking for a partial refund so i didnt have to rent a car to return the next day. They said i could exchange the plants only. Obviously im not going to spend money to get a car again and exchange for a different bug infested plant. i do feel that as an experienced plant person i may be able to fight off the bugs when i get home, and thats why i thought a partial refund would be fair. guess it doesn't matter. i say its still worth going with rhe understanding the price you see is for a sick/infested plant.

My husband is looking for a certain kind of flowering tree so we made stop #1. There were a lot of people shopping with limited parking on premises. Luckily there is a church parking lot across the street where overflow can park. We saw a couple of plants that looked interesting but we couldn't find anyone to get a price. It was too hot to stick around and wait for someone. Three stars only because there was no one readily available for assistance.

I heard of Perfect Choice Nursery from Instagram. Finally, my fiancé planned a "Day Date" here on a Wednesday. I'm so glad he did! This place was so nice. Lots of different plant options AND potting choices. The staff was amazing and VERY helpful. I wish I would've gotten her name. But she helped us with succulent options, down to the pottery that would compliment each plant we chose. The staff was kind enough to repot our choice of succulent into the cat pottery I chose. The woman that assisted us during our shopping trip went above to research "natural air purifying" plants for us. Within minutes, she gave us 4 different options to choose from. We also got to take part in their 20% off sale! I would definitely suggest to follow their IG account to get in on their future sales. The similar white pot I purchased here was $8 plus the 20% off, was listed on amazon for $20! They do require masks to be worn along with a limited # of customers per section throughout the nursery. The possibilities here are ENDLESS! We were here for about two hours and will be returning. Quick tip: they have a unique huge mirror close by the succulents....perfect for selfies!

My husband and I saw this nursery on Instagram, and we had also planned a trip to south Florida -- so we knew we had to stop by. I'm so glad we did! This nursery has an amazing selection of plants -- both common and exotic. We are very happy with our purchases, BUT I had to take off one star because of one particular employee. I didn't even bother to get her name because, honestly, we were on vacation having a great time and I didn't want to waste my time while I was there. She was a young, Hispanic girl with one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen. We actually went to this nursery twice -- the first time was to purchase a couple exotic plants (worth $300+). We left the plants there so that we could come back and pick them up closer to the day of departure to home -- we didn't want to risk keeping them for days in a cold hotel room. This rude employee handed my husband a receipt (that was non-itemized) and told us we could come back to pick them up -- no problem. Funny enough, every member of my family on vacay with us noticed how rude this girl was that day -- I don't care what language we spoke to her, how nice we were or how we tried to relate to her (most native Spanish-speakers usually speak Spanish to other native speakers). We thought, "Maybe she's just having a bad day." We come back to pick up our plants, and were serviced by the sweetest young guy. He asked my husband for an itemized receipt -- and of course, my husband said, "This is all the girl who checked me out gave me." The young man calls the girl over (and surprise, surprise -- she's in a mood again). She practically blames my husband and tells him in Spanish, "Next time make sure to bring an itemized receipt for proof." My husband, confused, explained to her that she never gave him one (I definitely looked over and gave her a stank face, because I was so over her attitude -- and I didn't say anything because I wasn't going to let her ruin our good day). She looked annoyed and it took everything in her to only say, "Oh, my bad," and walk away. We let it go and continued to purchase more plants. As my mother and I purchased our last few plants -- she was checked out by this girl again, and was extremely rude to my mother. She saw that I had placed one last plant on the checkout counter after she finished with my mother, yet proceeded to close the window in my face. I wasn't planning on moving until she checked me out, but she opens it back up, is very short with me, and after she finished, she robotically says, "Have a good one," I reply, "I hope you have a better day" -- while she slams the window shut in my face again, mid-sentence. I don't know who this girl is or how she remains employed -- maybe she is a family member or friend of the owner... who knows. Regardless, I can't imagine being amongst such beautiful, peaceful nature, and being that miserable. I cannot imagine what she's like outside of the work environment, or what she may have going on in her life outside of work -- but whatever it is, she needs some serious mindset help, and I hope she gets it one day, because that is pretty sad. If she reads this, I hope she has better days coming -- life is too short to be that pissed all the time.

Awesome variety of beautiful, healthy plants with frequent turnover and great prices. Despite the far drive, I've been to Perfect Choice Nursery twice already in the past month and have acquired 5 plants from them (a ficus elastica, calathea orbifolia, ficus altissima, watermelon peperomia, and triostar stromanthe). I'm happy to report that they're all still doing well and I've been getting a lot of new growth on my calathea orbifolia especially! The nursery is very well organized with the names of the plants and prices clearly labeled. My plants ranged from 5" to 8" sizes and were either $15 or $25. They post updates on their insta frequently and it seems like they're constantly getting new plants. If you're into rare plants, they have a special room dedicated to those too. A few tips: the first time I went, I didn't bring any bug spray and was practically eaten alive by mosquitos. The friend I was with didn't get bit at all though. So if you're like me who's always the one bit in a group, bring bug spray. Also it's an outdoor nursery and gets hot. If you're planning to take your time to peruse, bring water, a towel, and maybe even an extra mask. All in all, love this place and hope to be back soon!

Very friendly staff, tons of pottery including very large pots. I definitely would consider buying a planter arrangement from here! Great prices compared to some other very popular nurseries located on flamingo road. It's worth the trip!

This spot is an aroid lover's dream! Besides having a great selection of full sun planta, Perfect Choice has a greenhouse filled with aroid planta. Both rare and more common specimens! The staff was welcoming and friendly, and everyone offered to answer any questions. I have a plant wishlist that I was working off of, so I had an idea of their prices. They were comparable to the big box stores or Etsy, or even the big name online websites. I would 100 percent recommend this nursery, even if it's just to look around.
