Came here on Vday hoping to pick up some roses to fit the theme of my house for that night's occasion. I had seen signs posted that I've driven by that they have roses for $5... LIES. Well, obviously it was Vday and they know people will go crazy for flowers/roses, so they upped their price from $15 for a dozen to $25 for a dozen. Crazy? YES. I agree with the other yelper that their flowers look like they are dying. I bought a mini bouqet of roses in some pinky/peach color which were cute, but it was quite obvious that they weren't of great quality. They look like they were already out of water for a little too long. Anyway, I decided to buy them since I didn't want to make a pit stop anywhere else, and because it was already 5pm -- rush hour. I got them for ~$15.. I cut the stems and placed them in a vase at home. They only lasted maybe 3 or 4 days at most before they SERIOUSLY started to wilt and fall over. I should've made the drive and gone to costco or even whole foods for better quality roses, even if they were at a slightly higher cost. I know it'll be worth the price. read more

I used Paradise Flowers and Plants for my wedding flowers and I was extremely happy with the result! I ordered a sunflower bridal bouquet, 2 boutonnieres, and a single sunflower and they were absolutely beautiful. The outside appearance of this flower shop is not impressive, but inside I saw the most beautiful bouquets and knew I would be pleased in the end. The service is not the most friendly, but it was efficient and quick, which is more important to me. I was able to specify exactly what I wanted and when I called with additional questions I received accurate, helpful answers. The prices at Paradise Flowers and Plants can't be beat. I visited 2 other flower shops in the area prior to coming here, and Paradise definitely had the best prices. Overall, if you care more about purchasing beautiful flowers without the fluff of a more expensive store, Paradise Flowers and Plants is the perfect place to shop! read more

Even the plants outside look like they are dieing. Inside you don't even see a single plant/flower..... Person behind counter was obviously bothered by me entering the premises, even more so when I asked 2 routine questions..... So I left never ever to return. I can kill my own flowers to give away a lot cheaper with less hassle. read more

I was assisted by a very nice lady who took care of all customers with a friendly greeting. However, I was very annoyed and upset when she started to spray my plant with a "plant gloss." Needless to say, it smelled very chemical and I have a rabbit. Not only was I concerned about the rabbit but I simply DESPISE introducing chemicals into my home. The plant looked perfectly beautiful without the stupid chemical. Customers should be ASKED FIRST if they want their plant glossed. Such a shame. I had to go home and wipe off EVERY LEAF. read more

Two words - never again. The absolute worst customer service and quality of service experience of my life! This place takes incompetence to a whole new level. It was my boyfriend's mom's birthday last Sunday and on Saturday, we called and placed a flower arrangement delivery order over the phone with them. We were guaranteed delivery on Sunday by 3 pm and were told that we would get a confirmation email. Note: mom lives within 10 min drive from the store. When on Sunday morning we realized we never got that confirmation email, we decided to call and confirm the order. Firstly, the person who answered the phone couldn't find our order and needed to contact the colleague who had taken the order in order to confirm it. (I guess they don't have a computer.) After nearly an hour on the phone with them, they found our order and assured us it would be delivered by 5 pm (not 3pm as previously promised). Sure enough, at 6:30 pm, the flowers are still MIA. After another hour-long phone conversation, nobody could locate the driver or tell us anything about the flowers' whereabouts. Instead we were told rudely: "You are just going to have to wait!" Of course the flowers were never delivered. When we called on Monday to find out why, it was one ridiculous excuse after another. First, we were told the driver had an accident and none of the orders were delivered on Sunday. Later the story changed and we were told that the flowers were in fact delivered (a bald-faced lie). Finally, we were offered to have the delivery made on Monday. We said no need and asked for a refund. They said okay, and then proceeded to do the opposite. They deliver the flowers and still charge the credit card. To add insult to injury when we finally spoke to the manager, Alex, he was as rude as the rest of them. I would give this place zero stars if I could, but one is the lowest permitted. read more

Excellent, I buy Flowers and orchids, cheap and the flowers lasted me a lot, orchids are the same since the day i buy them, the service was excellent and they make me a bouquet beautiful and not charge me for that. pay only for the flowers. very good read more
