First of all, I'm located in Nashville so I put my trust in this lovely team to make sure my mom was all taken care of and they did that and more! Bless the staff for being so patient and kind with all my calls I made to make sure everything was perfect! I am amazed at the quality of hospitality. Every interaction was just outstanding. In my moms own words this was not only the BEST spa experience she had, this was the BEST GIFT she ever received. (Ladies and gents in the area take note that this is a great experience to gift your loved ones) I chose to customize a Renew spa package for her including a hydra facial. I added on lunch for her and she enjoyed her salad! I believe she also decided to get her hair done and she felt so refreshed! She called me AMAZED and couldn't wait to tell me every little detail. I also have to give my respect to the manager and staff because I asked them to make sure she does not pay for spa day and to allow me to pre-tip as well so my mom can be all covered. When I called to make my appt, the receptionist set me up with Allison and assured me she knew what she was doing when it came to short haircuts and bangs. To say the least, Allison lived up to every expectation I had for my visit and final haircut! Even on my most recent trip just a few days ago for a quick bang trim, she was waiting at the front desk EVEN when I walked in nearly 10 minutes early, hung up my coat and had me in the chair in less than a minute. She argued with me telling me my hair didn't lay right because it was cut above my shoulders and implied I didn't know how to style it. Then proceeded to tell me this color was acceptable. I asked for auburn hair. I was told it would be corrected and had issues due to work scheduling. Then told too bad because I waited too long and they lied and said they reached out to me and if I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay myself. $200 wasted on someone who cannot color or cut hair and I've been depressed to say the least because I look horrible and can't even wear my hair down. Don't go here and waste your money. This place isn't worth the money. I've never had someone mess my hair up this bad in the 53 years I've been on this earth.

It isn't a match for my style and taste. She cut too much off. Aubrey blew out my hair so much that I didn't notice one side was longer than the other until I washed it. I gave her one star for the fantastic scalp massage that drained my sinuses. She makes a great shampooer, but a hairstylist - she is not. If soccer mom is your flava, then go. Just make sure to check the length before you leave.
