I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. Plus they completely ignored the corners of the room-the carpet had clearly not been touched. They literally rushed through the job and I think that is why they didn't meet my expectations.

Once they cleaned for us and left the FRONT DOOR UNLOCKED- we were away on vacation and the door remained unlocked for almost a week!!!! Hair was left in the bathtub drain, wood floors weren't cleaned, garbage wasn't taken out- terrible cleaning services. Rosie brought her own supplies and then worked her way through the house. She spent a good amount of time in the kitchen and bathroom and both were left in great shape. I am definitely planning to have her come by on a regular schedule!
