I recently came in with a few coworkers for a team bonding activity. We all left extremely disappointed and we had looked forward to this for a month. I had a inspo picture like shown below. I didn't receive close it that picture he did whatever he wanted and if i asked questions or expressed my concern he couldn't care less. he shot all of it down and did whatever he pleased. he was aggressive with my hands and the way he spoke. it was a horrible experience and i was so ready for my "service" to be over. i will not be coming back and i wouldn't recommend this place. The service sucks. My guy that handled me today told me that he had 40 years of experience... I wish that showed. read more

We made appointments for 3 pedicures and nails to ge done. Showed up to an empty salon!! Thinking great all attention is on us. Boy was I wrong. We were treated rather ignorantly because my daughter wanted her nails soaked off , rather than them just ripping them off. One it HURTS. Two Ut damages your real nails. Did I mention it HURTS? He got mad and said it takes too much time. Oh well , I'm paying you and I am the customer. Pedicures were ok. Nothing special. No massage. Barely cleaned my toes out . Onto my nails , they are short and I only do the dip.easy peasy ! Nope . Dude acted like he was afraid to file . I almost grabbed the damn file to do it myself I was so irritated. He refused to fet close to my cuticles. Now my daughter had her old nails soaked off only to be told he didn't have time to do a new set ?!? then why I'm the hell didn't he say something before he removed her nails??? Now I am going to another salon called GALAXY NAILS where they take care of the customers and listen to their customers and treat us like we are important!!! Take lessons read more

I got a pedicure today. The pedicure was done to my satisfaction. I got the Luxury Pedicure. It was a message for an hour. The issue that came in was that the water that my feet were in was dirty. It had floaties in it. The tools that the lady used were not sterilized but had been used on someone else's feet before me. I will not go back based on this type of unhealthy practice. I had an absolutely awful experience here, I had a hair appointment next door and needed to kill some time so I stopped in, I was the only person in there on 6/28, that should have been my first sign. The man sitting in the front (younger built guy) was rude and cocky, barely spoke to me, the whole vibe was off, then the older guy who did my pedicure practically did surgery on my toe and was cutting my toes open to dig out my ingrown toe nails (which is highly illegal I found out and I will be reporting them to the city licensing), the next day my toe was extremely swollen and bleeding continuously, and for the next week my toe was extremely sore and pussy, I soaked it in epson salt and poured alcohol and peroxide it multiple times and just barely on 7/7 I'm finally able to touch my toe with minimal pain. I tried calling multiple times to talk to an owner or manager and kept getting the run around. So at this point I will just be reporting their license to the city. read more

The last time I went to VJ Naios in Jordan Landing the tension in the spa was thick. I think some of the employees were fighting. Don only talks to you if he is complaining about stuff otherwise he will not speak English. I always try to talk to him but he ignores me. I know he speaks English because of when he was complaining about a time he fell and hurt his hip.. The day they were fighting I asked if he was okay and he grunted. I showed Don that they gave me a really bad infection on my nails last time I was there and I showed him a photo, he said "gross". nothing more was said or done about it. I have been coming here for years. After yesterday's experience my 5 star is now changed to a two star review. The last 2 times I have been in my pedicure has been done worse and worse. The man was very annoyed I didn't want anymore than a standard pedicure. I asked or my heels to be done (the only reason I pay for pedicures) and he used his scrubby for maybe a minute on each foot. All this did was break up the skin and now it's cracking way worse than it ever has. I had to come home and use my grater and scrubby to fix what they did. I recently lost my pinky toenail, I told him that it was painful and he continued to dig at it, even with me vocally telling him. The mans phone rang, he got up and touched his phone and came back to working on my feet. I wish I would've been brave enough to ask him to go wash his hands. My husband was also there this time and the gal that did his pedicure did not care about his sensitivity and just kept digging at his toenails. She was absolutely unprofessional. She came into work and did not wash her hands. Oh yes, don't even think about NOT doing gel nail- they will be pissed you want regular polish. read more

I have been to this place multiple times in the past, but my last visit was probably close to 2 years ago. I went in 2/28/21 for a pedicure with my 11 year old niece. I wanted gel and asked for her to just have regular polish. The man working there was pushing for me to have her get gel as well, which I declined. He seemed annoyed and didn't speak to either of us after that. He finished her pedicure in about 10 minutes after just painting her toes and slapping some lotion on her legs. Keep in mind there were no other customers inside until about 10 minutes before we finished, so he wasn't rushing to get to another customer. After he finished her toes he went and sat in a massage chair and watched videos on his phone. The person who did my pedicure was careless with the electric file and cut my cuticle and left my gel polish uneven. I paid and left a (more than) generous tip despite the poor customer service, but will not be returning. read more

Don extremely rushed my set. I came in for a fill and he told me I should've waited to come when they fell off. That's the whole point of getting a fill is when they're all still on and just to touch them up. My nails were rainbow and he didn't even strip the color he just painted over them. So now my nails are red on top and underneath are my green purple and orange; it looks horrible. Never coming back. read more

The salon reeks of whatever chemical they use to put those fake nails. I went to get a regular pedicure. The guy that did my nails kind of refused to cut my nails super short, which is the way I like them, saying it would be hard to put nail polish on, but that's how I've been getting pedicures all my life! He was a bit rough pushing my cuticles, but did a good job removing them. When it was time to put the nail polish on, I suggested I put my sandals on before it, but he refused my suggestion! I actually have a headache now from the smell. I'm certainly not going back there. read more

HORRIBLE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE ENTIRE STAFF! I'M DISGUSTED SPEECHLESS HOW MEAN THE NAIL TECH DON WAS NEVER STEPPING A FOOT IN THIS NAIL SALON & NEVER RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE. From the moment I walked in none of the staff cared to greet or ask what service I needed, I had to ask twice where the rest rooms were I was simply ignored. I understand you're busy but that doesn't ever give you a right to treat your customers this way. After the long wait, I was finally sat down. I was simply checking my calendar on my phone. I was rudely told "ARE YOU DONE?!! I'll wait till your done! SEE NOW YOUR NAIL IS CROOKED! I said sorry and quietly said ok not only was he being rude he gets up pushes my chair so I'm closer instead of asking if I can please scoot closer or get off my phone, the whole time is super stressed, rushed, and super rough the entire time. I REGRET STAYING AND TOLERATING THAT TYPE OR TREATMENT. Absolutely bullshit service as for your Manager Vickie D. Please reconsider hiring new staff, you lost a customer but trust me coming from a person who understands business I would be embarrassed to run a salon like that. read more
