The infection I got 2 days after getting a pedicure from them practically doing surgery on my toe to dig out my ingrown toe nails.

I had an absolutely awful experience here, I had a hair appointment next door and needed to kill some time so I stopped in, I was the only person in there on 6/28, that should have been my first sign. The man sitting in the front (younger built guy) was rude and cocky, barely spoke to me, the whole vibe was off, then the older guy who did my pedicure practically did surgery on my toe and was cutting my toes open to dig out my ingrown toe nails (which is highly illegal I found out and I will be reporting them to the city licensing), the next day my toe was extremely swollen and bleeding continuously, and for the next week my toe was extremely sore and pussy, I soaked it in epson salt and poured alcohol and peroxide it multiple times and just barely on 7/7 I'm finally able to touch my toe with minimal pain. I tried calling multiple times to talk to an owner or manager and kept getting the run around. So at this point I will just be reporting their license to the city.

Perfunctory, brusk and occasionally painful pedicure. ...Choose somewhere else for your pedicure if you'd like to feel relaxed.

The shape was so bulky, and she didn't file the acrylic down enough so the nails were super bumpy. Not only did it look nothing like the picture, they refused to acknowledge that the nails looked atrocious. They also refused to give me a refund and I was so upset that I didn't even fight it. I asked if they could at least just take them off and they wanted to charge me $20 and have me wait. So I just left and went somewhere to get them fixed. The other place I went to fixed them, and even mentioned that shellac nails did a horrible job. They literally gasped when they saw my nails! I ended up paying $75 for the ugliest nails I've ever seen. I didn't even get a design, chrome or a long set. They want to charge high prices for very low quality work. Please do not go here, they don't do good work, they refuse to refund or compensate you, the staff is rude, and they will make fun of the customer. Extremely unprofessional!! My 13 year old cousin does a better job than this establishment. Very poor service.

The moment I walked in the environment felt off but I decided to give it a chance anyways. I ask for simple French tips. Nothing crazy,no long length, no crazy shape, just simple almond French nails. It turned to be 70$! For simple short French tips. 70! I decided to still give it a chance. As the lady was doing my nails I felt something burn. Really really horribly. I never had experience anything like this. As the lady finished I went to pay and I sat in my car looking at the wasted 70$ on my hands. What they call French tips is a wonky white line that looks like a toddler drew it. The base color looked hot pink, when the picture I showed her was a nude. I went to go back in and I asked if she could just take them off. They wanted to charge me ANOTHER 20$ to take off the "work" they did. I ended up going to a different nail salon and that lady was amazing. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!
