Glass flew everywhere all over the lobby, as well as in my hair, on my clothes, and shoes, etc. No one apologized or reacted, no one checked to see if I was ok, with the exception of another man in the waiting room, who remarked that it was a good thing I wasn't looking towards the glass shelf when it shattered because I could have been seriously injured. I had to say something to one of the stylists about how shocked I was that this happened and no one apologized, made an explanation, or checked to see if I was injured. The only response I got was a "sorry this happened to you" from one of the stylists before she went right back to cutting hair. Oh, and I was still required to pay for all 3 haircuts.

At 61 years old, I am retired and entitled to look shabby occasionally. Today, I needed a fresh haircut. Enter the masterful shears of a coiffure. A true artisan. A true head chopper that gets down with the clippers. I included pictures of the cut. I was stoked when he turned me to the mirror. Took at least 10 years off my scruffy mug. I'm not the selfie person, so these are only to show the work they do at Masters is well worth it. I used to cut heads as a side hustle while in the Army and was gifted. J.J. is truly beyond my skills. I couldn't be happier with the results. Amazed! Hope everyone is keeping warm, and not allowing the holiday doldrums set in.
