Since this is my first time getting my brows done (minus occasional threading) I have to say this is 4/5 stars. Once I have my follow up in a month I'll come back to make any edits to my review if needed. The consultation was super helpful as Emily explained to me the difference between micro blading and ombré powder and suggested what would be better suited for my face. Afterwards, she took her time mapping out my brows so that it would be exactly to my liking. She was patient when it came to making adjustments and was happy to redo a brow if it wasn't to my satisfaction before tattooing. The process wasn't painful as she used a numbing cream and would ask a few times how I was doing (in case I was in pain). Thought tattoo needles doesn't hurt for me, I appreciated how she was considerate of my comfort throughout the process. After the appointment was over I noticed a brow that wasn't to my liking. Emily had no problem letting me come back the same day to fix it. She also texted me what aftercare was needed that way I could go back for references (I know some places just verbally tell you and hope you remembered everything by the time you get home). I forgot to ask if the follow up appointment for Emily to check how the coloring was and make any other adjustments cost so I'll have to get back on that.
