They were very nice, friendly, and professional. Their English was not that great (by their own admission) so they often used Google Translate on their phone to translate, which actually worked a lot better than I had expected. We were able to communicate with them just fine. They mentioned they were from Russia so if you can speak Russian that would be great. They wanted to connect their pressure washer to our hose to pressure wash the clogged gutters, but our hose recently broke and thus we didn't have one, so they went out to Home Depot to purchase one for the job. They also got on the roof to manually scoop out a lot of the debris in the gutters. To fix the clogged downspout they removed the gutter from the wall and emptied them and pressure sprayed the inside of the gutter to clear them out. The gutters looked pretty good after they cleaned everything out. They also readjusted the gutter to fit into the French drain better (it was misaligned from the previous job from another contractor). We would be happy to call them up again if we had any more house jobs that needed to be done!

I called MandyHandyman to set up a washer drain pan and dryer which they did great. Then I had them work on re-installing a sink I had to take out due to new flooring. They replaced some plumbing to fit the new faucet and water lines. The sink wasn't centered to the wall and next day we noticed it kept leaking. I was like ok no big deal, I will call them so they can fix it (everybody deserves a second chance). They came over next day and said the reason it was leaking was because the sink was broken and I needed to buy a new one. I thought that was weird because we never had leaks before from the same sink so I took it upon myself to test for leaks. The sink was not broken, the leak came from the new drain piece they installed. I called them again and showed them how the drain kept leaking even without the sink and asked them to come over to fix it. They were going to charge an additional $150 to re-install the sink and fix the leak. What? Why would they charge me more to fix something they caused? I told them I would install the sink myself if necessary, I just needed them to fix they leak they caused. They didn't reply to my texts/calls after that and didn't offer to refund me for the bad job. I had to call another handyman to fix the issue and ended up spending double the amount due to their mistake. I'm sorry but I just don't think that was professional. I do hope they get in touch to make this right; otherwise, I'm unable to recommend them.

Roma took an extra trip to our home to look at the current hinges so that he can research and order the replacement hinges that will fit well without requiring further alterations on the cabinet door.
