I came in for a pedicure and had an amazing experience! They're a fairly new place so it wasn't busy and I appreciate that I was seen at the time I booked my appointment unlike most salons. It was very spacious with manicures and pedicures separated on different sides of the space. There was also a beautiful waiting area with many colors to choose from. The space is well lit with chandeliers and clean. I appreciate the effort they put into the experience having a water bottle already set when I sit down and flowers on a tray like a bed and breakfast. The guy that does my nails wasn't there yet so before he showed up she began cutting my acrylic nails with fingernail clippers and ripping them off. By the look on my face she knew it was hurting me but proceeds to tell me "see that didn't hurt at all"! Last time I got my nails done I chose 5 different blue acrylic powders from the wall to have on my nails. This time she said I can't use any of the powders on the wall, I could only choose from 5 neon colors. I ended up getting a new full set but my finger nails are hurting from her ripping my old set off. I will not be returning here. I've never had a problem any other time. Maybe she was having a bad day but not my fault. I will pay extra else where just to be treated with respect! Nobody wants to pay money to be treated poorly. (I paid $72 for ombré full set plus $15 tip)
