I live in Glen Burnie I ordered from Vocelli Pizza on Crain Highway in Glen Burnie Maryland for the very first time I've never had their pizza. And I ordered a two medium special for I think it was $24, and also both had light sauce, one was pepperoni and one was extra mozzarella and on half of it was Romano cheese which was delicious. I'll definitely order pizza from them again but don't buy the soda it's kind of expensive. To me much better than Papa John's or Domino's their Pizza I just haven't cared for it in the past 2 years I did order online it was ready in 20 minutes so you didn't have to stand around and wait. One of the few Vocelli's that has a drive thru. This is an amazing Italian chain pizza restaurant that always has great food and nice staff. I can only speak for myself but I've always had top tier food and service from them! I'd keep coming back and honestly disregard the very few people that are somehow dissatisfied. They're people too and they work extremely hard to give us good pizza/food FAST! Usually never takes more than 15 minutes. Went here yesterday and got a half hawaiian and half pepperoni pizza with an order of wings. I had to travel 45min back home and the wings and the flavor held up SO well. Still so crispy when I got home and pizza was the best I've had in awhile. Manager brought my order out to my car without asking and delivered excellent service. Will be here again!! read more

Stopped here after a visit at the hospital and decided to treat ourselves. We ordered via the drive thru and our order came out in about 10 minutes. We got the cheese bread sticks which were 4/5 and each got a sub. I got the Italiano sub with all the fixings (3/5). It was a little too oily for me to eat wholly as a sub, so I wish I had asked for a fork to chow down on it with. Kevin got the club sub (3/5). We moved to Severn in 2020 and ordered Vocelli's every Tuesday night. However, sometime fall of 2024 service, quality, and delivery time began to suffer. Not sure if the ownership changed. The usual drivers disappeared and suddenly it was someone different every time. Items would be missing from the order, toppings became skimpy, the sauce seemed to be watered down, and the crust was mushy even when asking for well-done. Such a shame. read more

First time having Vocelli Pizza ever! Recently moved from Los Angeles and haven't found a decent pizza spot near Glen Burnie. Pizza was good I order a large pizza and some wings. The wings where a bit disappointing I asked for well done and they where far from well done and crispy. But so far the pizza was the best around Glen Burnie that I have tried. The delivery driver was very polite and nice so definitely a plus. Had such a frustrating experience ordering online for the special with the 3 topping large pizza and the new pumpkin blondie. Apparently this offer is only valid for pick up not delivery but they fail to mention on advertisement for special so I spend a good minute and headache trying to utilize code for my order so finally called and person who assisted my call advised me that it's for pick up only. The deluxe pizza I ordered was average, what isn't cool is the fact that they jack up their menu prices by about 25% on door dash. I contacted doordash to complain about the price discrepancy and was told the restaurant sets the price for every menu item. Ordered for delivery for the first time because I received a menu at my door. The pizza was over cooked and the pepperoni was burnt. I also ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and the bread was too hard. Was hoping that the pizza would be similar to New York Style pizza, but was highly disappointed. I called the restaurant to tell them that my food was over cooked and apparently that's just the way the make their pizza. On a scale from 1-5 the taste of the pizza is a 2. On a scale from 1-5 the appearance of the food is a 1. On a scale of 1-5 customer service is a 1. This was the first and last time ordering from this restaurant. Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant, you'll be very disappointed. I never received a refund as stated by the manager because I paid with cash! I called twice and left my phone number still haven't received a call back about the cash refund. Customer service is very poor!! I placed the order and received the notification it was out for delivery. 30 minutes later the food was still not here. My husband works for a competitor and I understand delivery times blah blah blah. It's Thursday night and we are 5 mins from the store. We ordered two pizzas, some bread sticks, and the Alfredo pasta. They told us it would be a twenty minute wait, so we waited outside and talked. When we went in about fifteen minutes later they were just taking our food out of the oven and I was so excited because it smelled amazing. By the time we got home I could hardly wait! Don't like giving bad reviews but I have given this place tooo many chances! When they first opened everything was top notch but just this week I have ordered 3 pizzas on there $3,99 Specials for family & friends on e-mails they sent and the first two were no sauce dry no taste really bad! So I said well for $3.99 what do you expect so next day I ordered another one got the Thin & Crispy this time to see if better I asked for extra sauce on the side and that pizza was a tad better but not good enough for me to ever order pizza there again! And in my opinion don't have cheap specials if you can't make it like you would normally make when it's Full price! The only thing I would recommend are the Vocelli Rolls!! Salads were ok fresh at least when I had and Subs are Hit or Miss and I am thinking the pizzas are too depending on who's making your pizza! But my last 4 visits have been a MISS and for that I will take my business elsewhere! I have to say the staff have always been very polite and very nice! But it's a carry out and I am taking my food out and get it home and not good! It's nice to have friendly help but I prefer to have Good Food over a friendly cashier! The pizza was an upscale version of a little Caesar's. I totally lost my appetite when the girl that took my order and payment told me it would be about a 5 minute wait. During that wait I actually watched this same girl take 4 pizzas out the oven, cut them, and place the plastic ring in each pizza with no gloves nor did she wash her hands. We alway like the 14 inch thin crust Hawaiian, but I wanted to try something different. Basically I ordered a Garlic Spinacci, but substituted crispy bacon for the spinach. Unbelievably good.
