Pats has always been a favorite of my families for meals. Today we came and sat down and ordered our food. Our appetizer came with one of our meals, 10 minutes later, and the last meal arrived 15 minutes after the second meal arrived with no communication from the kitchen or staff to explain the delay. Made eye contact with a server and she held a up a finger as if to say "it'll be right out" it was not, waited another 5 minutes before going and asking the host if they had an update and all i was told was "we're waiting". Bottom Line: Large menu offering a variety of basic dishes. Pats Select isn't what I would call gourmet but it is tasty and reliable. If I lived closer I am sure I would pick up salads and sandwiches from here more often. Over the last several years, my family and I have ordered delivery from Pats multiple times. While it can be a little pricey, they always deliver great food and delivery is pretty quick. They do charge a delivery fee which does not go to your driver to my knowledge. A tip is required in addition. The avocado wrap and the lean green wrap are two of my favorites! I have also had their pizza, sweet potato fries and several of their appetizers. The southwest chicken salad, santa fe rolls, onion rings boneless wings are worth a try! I have visited a couple times for lunch during work. Although the service is quick, the employees I have encountered recently appear less than welcoming. Sat by the pool and customized a Stromboli and a couple of salads. The salads were fantastic. How hard is it to make a fresh salad, with crisp green lettuce and a lot of great toppings? It shouldn't be that hard but it is. Pats got these salads "perfect." No yellow hard romaine lettuce with a giant inedible core. No wilted lettuce. No water sitting in the bottom of the container from improperly washed salad greens. Just crisp, fresh, delicious greens. Red onions were finely diced and had a great flavor. Lots of perfectly grilled chicken and soft warm breadsticks. Ordered a custom chicken Stromboli with extra sauce, broccoli, spinach and mushrooms. Chicken was once again perfectly seasoned and cooked to a moist and juicy final product. Lots of toppings stuffed inside a warm dough. Crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. It's massive w/ a little bit of everything for everyone - appetizers, salads, pizza, sandwiches, flatbreads, soups, a low carb menu, wraps, cold cuts, burgers, turkey burgers, too many pasta dishes to single any one thing out, and of course, their specialty, the brick over pizzas. Did I say: Wow? The restaurant is very comfortable, dimly lit, with a nice artsy backdrop. Let's just say, you could tell that whoever decorated put alot of thought into it. It's seat yourself, so we did until we were able to figure out what we wanted, the Sante Fe Rolls as our appetizer, and the meat lover's pizza. The rolls were PERFECT. A nice portion and absolutely delicious. The pizza was massive, and exactly what we asked for, a Meat Lovers loaded with Sausage, Pepperoni, Bacon and Ground Beef, and while, it was good, there was so much going on that it became overwhelming. Both my GF and I ate one slice and took the rest to go. Pats specialty is the specialty pizza, so if I could do it again, I would've gotten a Margherita Pizza, or the Bacon truffle - something I couldn't get at any pizza joint on any corner, because this place isn't just your average run of the mill pizza place. Moved to the area a few months ago and had seen delivery cars with little wooden boards on the side. Could never see the name until one day I matched that same board to a menu that I had received in my mailbox. The menu was way above any that I had received in the mail before. However, it still took me a while to order from this place. My first order was wings and a salad. The presentation and size of the salad had won me over. Not to mention as soon as you walk in the door there are many staff members waiting to assist you at the counter. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Yesterday, I ordered online but just went for the salad and decided to add grilled chicken to the salad instead of getting the wings. When I went to pick up my salad, I think he was the manager with reddish hair greeted me and we said our pleasantries and I was on my way. This salad was so heavy I knew it was going to be delicious. What a disappointment when I got home. The lettuce was so wet that it had lost its consistency and started to shrivel. There was so much water in the bottom of the bowl. Trying to get through the salad I noticed that not only some of the lettuce had turned a dark yellow but the lettuce was wet it was stuck together. I called to the store immediately. The staff member placed me on hold and someone came to the phone. No hello, this is ..... All he said was yeah something about wet lettuce. So then I explained what was going on. The person on the other end who I assume was another manager said "He didn't know what I wanted him to do because they cut lettuce ever so often and that lettuce was fresh and washed." We all know what happens to Spring Mix when it is wet and drenched in water. He just kept trying to justify instead of apologizing and asking how could he resolve the issue. I had to stop him in the middle of the conversation and say that I was the customer and there was an issue. He eventually asked me if would I like for him to remake the salad. Saying yes he then offered to have to have it delivered. I declined the delivery and told him that I would come to the store and bring the salad so that he could see for himself. When I got to the store a staff member at the counter asked me why I was returning the salad and I showed him. When he looked at the salad the first thing this gentleman said was I see it is soggy. Another staff member went to get the person who I assumed was the same person I was talking to on the phone. He begins to hand me the salad and instead of apologizing again he simply says "It's the same salad so it's not going to be a difference." Sir if you remade the same salad that ordered then yes it will be the same salad. Instead, it will not have the same lettuce that was water as toilet paper when it gets wet. Now, all he had to do was just apologize again. Mistakes Happen and I would have been GOOD. Yet, had to be an asshat so I asked for a refund. He offered me the salad still but I declined. This review is not to bash the restaurant and tell people not to eat here. It is simply about taking ownership and being responsible for a mishap. read more

We put in an order for 1 large Hawaiian pizza using the online ordering system. Through their site, I was able to attach current coupons/specials and got a $3 off coupon for the large pizza. It was an easy enough check out system and delivery was only $2 extra. I like that their online delivery system has an option for delivery instructions and a "track your order" feature that reminds me of Domino's. I know that it's the night before father's day, but it seemed like their estimated delivery time of 45-55 minutes was higher than other pizza chains. The pizza itself was bigger than I expected, which was nice. The flavor isn't like PizzaHut, PapaJohn's, or Domino's... it's more of a restaurant type, less greasy. I can see several people were dissatisfied with this place, but I beg to differ. This was actually my first time eating/ordering from Pat's and got delivery. First, I ordered around 12:57pm on a Sunday and it said it would take about an hour to get to me. It actually was delivered in 35 minutes! Plus my delivery guy (Haider) was very nice. I ordered the Margherita flatbread (light mozzarella) and a garden salad with extras (croutons, avocado, cucumber, ahi tuna, light feta, and FF raspberry vinaigrette) - which you can see in my attached picture. One lady who made a former review of the Margherita flatbread has a picture of it, and it looked just like the one I ordered, except mine had a little less of the fresh mozzarella. It was delicious! Next time, I am going to order it with extra basil because I felt like their standard amount wasn't enough for my taste. My salad was awesome too! The ahi tuna gives it a healthy, meaty kick, if you feel like paying extra for it. Overall, I was impressed by my first time with this restaurant. I will definitely be getting delivery or take out from here again. Not sure if I would get the crab cakes (because I'm very wary about where certain restaurants get their crab). It was super good- only bummer is it gets really soggy in the center and the dough is hard, not crunchy and toasted. But it's still rocking!
