They deserve -5 stars, criminals, check the law suits that they have with the local courthouse, you will kind of understand who they are. Read the one star reviews others put up, you will understand how they do business. please don't even call them for an estimate, you will get a half ass service without your authorization that is 3-4 times more expensive than the other survey companies. if you don't pay, you get a threat, then they will take you to court. Their cases are mostly handled by Judge Greene, who will fine you guilty like most of their cases. the minute you call them is when you are set into a scam and will be legally raped just like the others. I have no idea how this company is still in business. Use literally anyone else. They simply did the survey incorrectly and refused to admit that they were incorrect. Our neighborhood literally had 4 other surveyors that all agreed on the same point that Ron (the owner) messed up and then refused to own up to (and certainly didnt refund). I checked them out (unfortunately after the fact) and found that it is very common for this company to provide incorrect surveys (both commercial and residential). AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You'd think that survey company's would all be consistent..this company is simply wrong. DO NOT USE. read more

I have no idea how well they do their surveying, but the buyers of my house apparently hired these guys. They show up and start marching around my property without announcing themselves. Then they proceed to dig for fixed survey points and leave the dirt and holes for me to fill back in. They also left about 6 red flags littered about the place for me to remove. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Listen to the other reviews and learn from my mistake DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Use ANY OTHER surveying company. Where do I start? construction on my house was delayed about 4 months because this company couldn't complete a survey in the time frame they stated they could. Then after that they just duck calls and fail to give any update on the status of the work. The people you talk to on the phone are nothing more than an answering machine with a pulse because the owner (who is never in his office) is the only one that actually knows anything. Once my house was finally finished, I got delayed another week because this dumpster fire of a company failed to do the final survey correctly. To make matters worse it took them a week to submit what they had done to my builder. Once again, ducking calls and providing no information. If you made this far I'll leave you with this, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. For your sanity, it's worth waiting longer for another company. I would have paid more money to not deal with this headache. read more

I called the company to get a survey done. I was told to fill out a form and send it to them. The form let's them know my address and reason for the survey. I get a phone call to call them back. I didn't since I scheduled another surveyor. I didn't schedule anything with them. Meanwhile, I get an invoice in my email since they came out and surveyed the lawn. They now want payment and said I should have cancelled. How could I cancel if nothing is scheduled? Going to a consult with legal. This company is not open with their policies. read more

If I could give ZERO stars that is what they deserve. Ordered survey work for a residential lot over 3 months ago. To date the work has not been done, yet business issued an invoice even though the work was never completed. Have spoken to both Office Manager and Owner, no luck getting them to complete the agreed upon work. The company scheduled the onsite work and never showed up. All together ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience. Definitely STAY AWAY. read more

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THESE SURVEYORS!!!! I was quoted a price for a survey. AFTER it was done, they raised the price 33%. When questioned, the owner became abusive and rude. We have a signed contract for them for the quoted price. We'll be seeking legal recourse, but you should NOT trust them with a survey! read more
