When I complained to the owner, I was credited 10% with an apology. My requested nail tech (Linh) got an attitude and never apologized. I hoped the attitude would be better on December 23rd. It wasn't better, the environment was unfriendly too. There were no greetings or Christmas/Happy Holidays expressed. I have been a loyal customer for five plus years. I have even recommended family members here also. My regular nail tech (Tiffani) moved last year and it hasn't been the same. I have decided to move on to another salon that appreciates me.

The facial was the star of the show. I did the facial infusion by osmosis and my aesthetician was perfect. She went over all of the items she was using and asked me if there were any other concerns. I wanted to address and was able to add some things in to my cocktail. My end result my face is glowing and it's lasted for a long time. She was also able to recommend me a couple of products that were a little bit pricey but medical grade and then I ended up purchasing one, but I never felt the pressure by her to purchase something. I will definitely be back!

Both did an awesome job. (The last place I went said they knew how to do dip, but clearly did not...) MK is small and a little run-down, but it's the first place I've ever gone that doesn't feel like a factory trying to get as many people in and out as quickly as possible. Both techs were friendly and paid attention to detail. The best part is, the prices were very reasonable (lower than average) and the place is convenient to get to.

Their customer service was outstanding--so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I could tell they truly value their clients. The nail techs were not only talented but also took the time to communicate clearly about the design, shape, and colors I wanted.
