I have heard nothing but good things about this nail salon after moving back from out of state. I came here as a getaway with my sister. At first I was in love with my nails, but as the days went on, I started to notice things wrong with them. -they started to hurt(which I guess is normal?) -they were cut unevenly, and shaped different(slightly) -some nails were thin and some were thick I went along with my nails thinking that the pain would go away, and while cleaning at work I hit my finger on a faucet and it almost tore my entire fingernail off. I have never had that happen. Although they were $40 acrylic nails, they were thin, rushed and altogether not something I'd ever want again from here. read more

Oh they do a good job if you want to put up with the rude and nastiness of them. I've been there several times and they do a good job but they need to get some manners I would do my own nails before I ever went back there again. If you happen to be young and a regular they will be very nice to you if you're not, don't bother going there. They act like they're doing you a favor by doing your nails. I went to this nail salon awhile ago, and had a absolutely terrible experience. Asked if they had the dip nails, no, they didn't of course. I just moved here from TX and they have dip everywhere, seems not too common around here. Which is fine! I thought I would settle for plain old powder... nope. They guy brought me 4 different terrible sparkly colors to choose from. Not a huge selection so huge downer. I settled for gel, I don't mind gel, but it never lasts long for me unless it's on my toes. The man that was taking care of me was so rough during filing. I thought my actual nail was about to come off. Terrible customer service, place looks deserted anyways so makes since. In the end, yes, my nails looked amazing, but it was not worth the pain and hassle at all. read more

I've stopped here several times. They have never been rude or unfriendly, but there is still time. I have been nicked with the drill (not just here) and I'm not happy about that. My strength isn't keeping a regular schedule for manicures so my nails are usually pretty bad when I go. I can get about 5-6 weeks out of it, so it's a value for under $20. read more

Very pleased with this place. It was my first visit after many attempts to find a spot in SCS that was close to home and that I actually liked. I do suggest scheduling an appointment before you go because they seem to be busy all the time. I was lucky enough to get right in, I went at just the right time of day. They have lost my business after being a loyal customer for 11 years. You are treated rudely, made to feel like you are inconveniencing them with requesting an appointment, and handled roughly by the owners wife. This used to be a pleasant place long ago. It is obvious they do not care about customer satisfaction or retaining patrons who have sent dozens of referrals to them. I will NEVER step foot in this mean, dirty and run down establishment. I haven't been to this salon in years, but I decided to give it another try. It was nice to see the same familiar faces still working at this salon. I think some of them have been working there for years. I had a great shellac manicure experience. The guy that did my nails was named Tom and as soon as he started with his sense of humor, I remembered him from when I last visited. He is hilarious and it makes the experience more enjoyable. He did a wonderful job and I will be back for a pedicure. read more

Love this place. My family has had two bachelorette parties here where they let us bring in snacks and beverages! Service is always great the nail techs are super friendly! I always get good nails at a decent price. I've paid $60 for a mani pedi that looked better than a mani pedi I paid $90 for at another shop. I have been to several salons and this is by far my favorite. The service is always excellent and the staff is friendly! I'm pretty busy and prefer to make an appointment. I get in and out without any trouble. They are so sweet and even let me come in 30 minutes before opening to accommodate my busy schedule. This is the only salon I go to. I have never had a complaint while going to Vogue Nails. They are amazing, friendly and super fast! Rarely do I make an appointment and I usually am able to get in. I understand, however, that at times, because of previous appointments that have been scheduled, I may not be able to get in at times...no hard feelings. They let me know when to come back and they work with my schedule. I've been going here for quite some time and I have gotten to know all of the people that work here - and it's to the point where we joke around and call eachother by our first names. Hell, I'd even go out and get dinner with all of them if I could! Shillac doesn't work on my nails and they said for me to try out the SNS - and I absolutely love them for making the recommendation! Went there for 3 years. Loyal customer. Never late. Accidentally missed my appointment one time, called to inform them (and apologize) and re-schedule my appointment. When I arived, I was scolded and told to never ever do that again and that it was all my fault that the whole salon was backed up. So much for years of loyalty. I will NEVER go back. read more

This place is the RUDEST place of business i have ever went in to. They TELL you that they go by appointment only, YET theres a sign at the desk that say WALK INS WELCOME! They refuse to speak any ENGLISH and makes alot of people feel very uncomfortable. Ive heard many complaints while i was there!! Today was the last straw for me, as i HAD an appointment, and they argued with me that it was at a different time. The Owner stood up in front of EVERY customer there, while yelling at me, ONLY to make a FOOL out of himself. I think he didnt want to do LONG nails, so he had a mental breakdown right in the middle of the Salon. ALSO...WE are being charged for GEL nails, when they are NOT GEL! You dont mix liquid and powder to get GEL nails!! RIP OFF! They are Rude and nasty, and I dont see them staying open for long if they continue to treat CUSTOMERS like this!! I have reported them for charging EXTRA for GEL when its not! Its acrylic fill-ins!! Good Riddens to you! There are MANY nail salons that know how to treat people with respect! read more
