I was a walk in because I couldn't get into my usual salon. I was pleasantly surprised when they got my right in. I will say that everyone was polite. The pedicure chairs were on the dusty side. There was quite a bit of dirt behind the chairs and that definitely concerned me. Typically if you get a mani/Pedi with gel polish, they wrap your nails when you first get there so the gel polish is easily removed. This didn't happen. Weird. But ok. He did a nice job on the pedicure. But it was the slowest pedicure ever. An hour and 15 min for a pedicure is super long in my experience. But he did do a nice job and gave a nice massage. We decided to just do a gel polish change. This took an additional hour. For a gel polish change. Not a full manicure! Again, they look nice, but 2 hours and 15 min for a Mani Pedi seemed excessive. Now, here was the part that really had me going between two and three stars. There were three children in there. All under the age of 4. They belonged to one of the nail techs. One was riding back and forth on a scooter and laughing loudly. No big deal. It was a tad annoying and I wanted to relax while getting my pedicure. But then there was a little girl who was about three that was screaming and crying the ENTIRE time I was there. Omg. The mother just kept working like it wasn't happening. She didn't check to see what was wrong. Just let her scream and cry. I totally understand that having kids presents with some challenges and sometimes you don't have a sitter etc. But you can't just let them scream for 2.5 hours. Everyone was seriously annoyed and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I paid $73 + a tip (like I said he didn't do a bad job, he was just extremely slow). Total of $91. This seems on par with what I pay at my usual salon for a Pedi and full manicure. Not to mention, I would have been out in an hour, hour in a half maximum. I wouldn't recommend this place. And I hate leaving bad reviews. read more

I went because the manicure pricing was lower and than surrounding nail stores and the reviews were high. I really like this nail salon and I will be back. My nails look so nice. I think the owner did my nails and she was very personable. Definitely giving this salon a thumbs up. read more

Chic Nails is a very dirty nail salon. It is also expensive. I paid $26 to have shellac removed and a manicure. And yes, as another review mentioned, employees small children are hanging out in the salon. read more

Started with a pedicure which was so bad, he left me bleeding and crooked toe nails and didn't even polish the whole nail, shoulda known better to stay for my dip polish appt I had after that!! I went here twice and was not satisfied either time. First, I went for a simple polish manicure, and it chipped THE NEXT DAY. And the second time was for a gel manicure. Went here on two different occasions. Once for a full set and another for a fill in. Both times the top of my nails were burning. Something about their process is possibly toxic and definitely not safe for nails. However, the artistry of it was the best I've ever had. Perfectly within the lines, not overlapping and not showing natural nail. Service was friendly and nice as well. My only hesitance on returning is the burning sensation I felt both times and the fact that when I had my fill in the nail polish was not given the proper attention and it is now rubbing off of the nail extension. If I return to this salon, it might be for a mani pedi instead. The pedicure I originally got has lasted me a month now. read more

This is one of the best, if not THE best nail salon in the area. Switched from shellac to dip powder and i like it more. Sam is a master with the dip and he's done ombré on my nails 3 of the 4 times I've gone. The salon is clean and the staff is very friendly. Prices are a touch higher than other places ($40 for dip powder +$10 for ombré) but it's so worth it. Few things are worse than not being happy with a salon service. Can't wait to try out their pedicures in the summer! I'll be bringing my granddaughter as they have kid pedicure chairs too!! read more

The few times i have come in there sam is always so late and i make sure to always have an appointment. i have waited for him for hours at a time for him to come in before. Sometimes his work is good but other times it looks like i could do it better myself. They use shitty dip and shellac that breaks off so easily and has a horrible finish half of the time. WORST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I'm not picky at all with my nails but this salon is complete garbage. I got a shellac manicure with chrome. My base was pink with silver chrome. First off I told the lady I did not want my nails cut down and she went ahead and cut them down anyway. She does not speak any English and is aggressive with her manicure. Oh and if she wants to get ur attention she taps your hand or pulls it.... very nice touch. Also when doing chrome nails the base coat is supposed to peek through she thought it would be a great idea to make them pure silver. Also the gel manicure is $30.... I was charged $40. I also asked her if she could do a 3rd coat of the pink and she told me no because we were going to do the chrome... finally she asked me if I overall liked my nails and I told her not at all and she just laughed. No offer to redo them or discount. Don't ever go to this salon to do your nails unless your looking for a terrible experience. read more

Quick, quality service! Everyone there is very friendly and, if they aren't busy, very fast! The chairs are clean and newer and provide an excellent massage while you're soaking. I've been twice. Once by myself and once with my daughters. They were so accommodating to the girls on their first visit and we had a wonderful time. Shellac fell off in 6 days. There was a baby there. Which is fine, but not a very relaxing spa like atmosphere when the baby was crying. Then they made food and it smelled like fish really bad. The place seems clean. But it was not a relaxing experience. And I was disappointed when my shellac fell off. I usually go somewhere closer to home but I had errands in this area. Usually shellac will last three weeks or longer from where I normally go and it's still difficult to remove. These all just slid right off my nails. read more

I tried this salon a few weeks ago, (3 to be exact) got a gel mani and pedi. The people in the salon were very friendly, they all brought out water and goodies on tray to their clients which was nice because other salons that I've been to don't even offer beverages routinely to everyone. Angel did my nails and she did an excellent job, very nice lady also. It's been 3 weeks and my manicure has not chipped! Tiffany is a big crook. She changes the prices as she wishes always $5 more. Doesn't keep her appointments. I went three times and the first time my friend and I had the same thing done but she charged me $5 more and I said fine. Second two times I went by myself after I asked them to make an appointment with Tiffany and they said she was gone and when I went there I found out she was in the shop. Third time I asked for appointment with Tiffany because I was so mad for the lousy job they did on my nails last time and i made sure to ask for tiffany and they said yeah she will take you and you have a confirmed appointment, when I showed up she had me see her boyfriend and I thought maybe just to start me up until she is done with her customer, but no she took another person and didn't keep my appointment, the guy was doing good so I said fine I am in a rush and I have no time to wait for her. In the second and third time I had the same exact thing done and they charged me different amounts. Crook family. I will never go back. read more
