I also bought an Aveda shampoo (which I love for $50) I chose a 20% tip and did not realize that the tip I chose also included the amount of the product. Therefore I tipped more than $20 on a $50 haircut. I will return as the service and hair cut was outstanding, and the people were wonderful, but next time I will pay the tip separately. I spoke with the shop today and suggested they should always tell people who buy product exactly what the tip covers. Excellent vibe Chris

Everyone loved my hair style & for the first time ever I'm actually going back to get the snappy re-style that one gets 4 or so many weeks later to keep it looking it's best! She's changed my view on taking care of my hair because she did such an incredible job, I only had her one time and I just loved the experience and her ability to connect and remember details of my life, EVEN after it had been a few months. Her skill is amazing, and she's always going to training sessions to stay current. The combined team at Curve is great, honestly, I highly recommend using their services, you will not regret it. When washing my hair, they give a new girl who thrashed my head around like a noogie, not comfortable. Also they got water everywhere soaking my clothes. Then the owner moves super fast because she's behind & I get a super fast 15 minute haircut with so many flaws. A terrible faid, terrible neckline shave. That's called class. However, recently I booked an appointment with them and went in for said appointment; which is 40 minutes away from my home only to be publicly humiliated. I was seated in the consultation chair in the middle of the salon thinking she was going to start but instead I was told very loudly in front of staff and clients that their products don't mesh well with my type of hair and that no one wants to touch my hair. It was very embarrassing, it was cruel, I felt so discriminated. Needless to say I will not be going back to that salon but it goes to show you that regardless of how loyal and kind you are to people, sometimes people are just not the same. The cutting technique was amateurish and considering I have thick hair and required layers, it was shocking that the appointment was completed so quickly. More time was spent blow drying me hair than actually cutting it. More time, care, and expertise was needed. The price doesn't match the service. I would not return or recommend this salon to anyone. I was disappointed and felt cheated when I left, as well as not liking my cut or style. My curly hair was frizzy and the texture of straw when I left. Very upset and feel I paid way too much for a shoddy cut!
