Kristy is simply the best. My husband & I have been following Kristy's work since 2004. When we got engaged the one thing we were already for sure on was our photographer! It had to be Kristy. We were lucky enough to set a date far enough in the future to ensure her availability. We used her for our engagement photos and were so happy with them! The images are sharp, clear, and vibrant. We had tons of compliments on them. It was great to use her for our engagement photos because it gave us a chance to get comfortable with her taking our photos, though it doesn't take much much since Kristy makes you feel comfortable. She made us laugh and get excited about our wedding. Then came the wedding and she was such a huge help on the day of! She made us feel so special and was great at guiding us and getting the best shot. I didn't even hear her camera make a sound during the ceremony once, yet she captured so many beautiful images. Of course we ran behind schedule and she was still able to fit in plenty of pictures of our bridesmaids/groomsmen & family photos quickly! After the ceremony we barely even noticed she was there! She blended in well and we never felt like she was in the way. The night before at the rehearsal she scouted out spots for photos, shared her opinions and expertise. She's very professional, responds quickly to e-mails, and will work with you on whatever you want; ie locations & including your pet! I'm SO happy she was our photographer. I found Kristy on the Wedding Chicks blog, and was instantly sold on her work -- her photography is really, really good (which is why it shows up on blogs all the time!). I have worked with her on many weddings ( I'm a wedding stylist) and friends of mine used her for their weddings, so I knew she was great but to see my wedding documented by her was better than I could have imagined.
