I was searching for a product that appeared to be out of stock and back ordered. I called the manager at the KMB store to see if they could transfer it to Windward Mall since I couldn't access it on base. The manager was very helpful and friendly, even though it required his associate Kevin to hand deliver it to Windward Mall. They both were more than helpful in a situation that was complicated for several people. They went above professionalism and showed care. Too bad I can't buy direct from these guys. Volcano Vapors on base is awesome and conveinient. Not only do they have house blend juices they have other brands to meet every Vape lovers needs. Flavors of juices vary so vastly that anyone can find multiple juices they enjoy. They also have their own line of mods and tanks as well as other top brands. The prices there are great and can save you expensive shipping costs from online stores. This store is not only for the experienced, but is for new people also. Ronsten (I hope I'm spelling it correctly!) Is the man. I usually come here for all my vaping needs because the staff is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I come here this time because after almost 2 years my vape finally gave out on me. Ron helped me pick out a new mod and tank. It was the normal brands I usually choose so I was leery. But he explained each one, all the features and everything. Took it home, set it up and it's awesome! Incredibly smooth and so easy to set up.
