The workers here are always so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help you if you have any questions about the products they carry. So no shame to ask! They normally have their glassware on sale, buy one get one half off. They also have other items in the store that may be marked down as well, so you may want to check that out as well. They very lighters, bowls, pipes, storage bags, all kinds of things for your smoking pleasure. I went in to buy 1 glassware but when I saw the buy one get one half off, I left with two . I felt that I picked some pretty nice pieces. They are pieces of art and great for displaying. I continue to go back to this location due to the great selections they always have. Very nice and clean downtown store. They are open 24/hrs. Only issue I had was I'd flown in the day before and was HUNGRY for Tako Poké. Went to the store at around 6:00am only to find out the seafood dept. doesn't open until 8:00am. Had to go back later and loved their Kim Chee Tako Poké. read more

I bought a banger and pearl for my banger which they said was glass, but mid dab the pearl MELTED into the banger and I smoked plastic... I went to return the pearl and banger that I purchased together, both completely ruined, and was told because it was used they wouldn't refund me or exchange for anything. If this shop DIDN'T sell me a PLASTIC "glass pearl" there would be no issue here, but the fact that they would not even consider the idea of an in store credit, I DO NOT recommend going to this location. Just like Kelsie said I bought a dabber couple days after her review was done and it NEVER worked when i got home. Brought it back to the store after calling then the next day to exchange for a working unit. And instead of exchanging a unit that never ever worked, they charged me another $136. Also I bought a water pipe the guy helping me said the dabber can work with. Glass bowl broke first time i used it. The people in this store are so unprofessional and immature. They lack basic skills in troubleshooting customer service. I called after the second dabber usb thing just separated and disappeared into the dabber unit and asked to speak to the supervisor. I asked him him name and he said "cg". OMG are we at preschool or a pipe store? I only do reviews for really bad service or exceptionally good. The prior one taking a larger lead nowadays. read more

First time visiting Pipeline Smoke Shop here in Kaneohe. I didn't even know this place existed til I looked them up here on Yelp. There was one girl working today who was extremely helpful, friendly and had an amazing funny personality!I was looking for a vape pen since mine had just broke last week. She showed us a handful of vapes used for both cartridge concentrates and dabs. We ended up choosing the one she showed us first which could do both and would work much better than the one I had.
