Terrible customer service! I went to buy a vape and was given attitude from the employee almost immediately. The guy didn't say hi, how's it, nothing. Then I got more attitude because I only had 20's and he only had 20's in his register. Now normally, I wouldn't hold it against the guy because he can't control the currency notes his customers bring in. But the guy doesn't say, "Sorry for the inconvenience" or "You can break your 20 at the Aloha station next door if you want". Just silence and complete indifference. DO NOT GO TO THIS VAPE SHOP. 0 stars absolutely disgraceful selection of already burnt vapes or ones that just flat out don't work. Manager is a useless guy has no customer service skills at all, just some guy living his worst life and trying to make everyone else feel that way. Must say they overcharge as well by wayy too much. Got kicked out of Kailua volcano because I forgot my id even though I wasn't buying anything and just with my friend while he shopped. Didn't get asked to leave nicely, was told he needed to see my id, when I said I'm not buying anything, he told me to get out. Super disrespectful, could've said "oh sorry our policy is to ID at the door." But no. I'm 30 years old and this little boy wanna disrespect me for helping my friend? No signs posted on the front doors, no signs inside saying 21+ only so I'm very confused why someone not purchasing anything is kicked out of a store. Trash read more

If I could give negative stars....I would, I was in need of a new vape so I went in and purchased a new one (exact one i previously had) within 24 hours I returned to tell them that this one was not working. Receipt in hand from the day before. The young man behind the counter I believe his name was Jacob (wears a necklace with his name) told me he could not replace my vape because someone else had come in and tried to scam them earlier that day, It took me arguing with him, him being very rude and condescending, rolling his eyes, making snide comments at me then he finally decided I wasn't leaving so he called his manager. I then asked to speak to his manager on the phone. My vape did end up being replaced. I will never returned to the shop again or any other volcano shop at this point. I am not a young kid, and would never expect someone to speak to me in the manner he did. They have a lot to learn about customer service! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! read more

Joshua and Nick are awesome sales people so friendly and helpful. I recently moved from Kailua to town but I make the extra trip over the hill to Kailua Volcano. The atmosphere is relaxed and the store is organized and clean. I always look forward to coming in. Nick has helped me on several occasions and is always helpful friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped by Joshua the last time I was in Sunday, July 23. He was also very helpful and so friendly these two are definitely a plus for your establishment. Wish I could give them no stars. My vibe vape wasn't charging and I only had it for 24 hours went into the store asked the worker to look at it and she tells me " oh yea the underneath of the mod the charger port is broken" gives it back to me and tells me "sorry you want to buy another one" if something is broken or a defect then it should be replaced not force the customer into buying another one. read more

Great place!! The staff was chill and got chill vibes. All good with aloha! No issues at all. Some of the comments and reviews are harsh, but maybe it's because people don't have anything else better to do with their lives in all honesty. Understandable that there may be some staff who are inexperience or maybe some are still trying to figure it out, and it's probably their first job. Everyone's gotta start somewhere and a foundation to build off of. Thankfully, nasty and harsh reviews will help the workers to be more motivated and that's a benefit for the company and shop location. Having negative energy walking in or being impatient with the workers is only going to make your day more miserable and more stress added to your daily routine. I feel more confident buying from here than anywhere else in Kailua. Most smoke/vape shops don't display prices and might try to rip you off by charging you a little extra. Workers are super nice. Just remember to sample your vape out in the parking lot to make sure it works; they'll change it with a new one if it's defected. Will be back soon for sure. read more
