Do not trust this guy. He is a lair. He cannot keep his promise. His trick is to quote a very low price and ask for a big deposit, but will not start the job and will make so many excuses for not returning the deposit either. I thought I would save some money by working with this company. Big mistake. They showed up at 2:30pm, instead of the morning and bang out the worst fence job I've ever seen in my entire life. The work was done without the owner being there, he left immediately after the materials were dropped off. The photos speak for themselves. Everything is misaligned, crooked, chipped, uneven, and nails are popping out of everywhere. One of my biggest regrets of 2021. Terrible on all levels. Things started okay. He was quick to start the project (and very quick to collect payments). Insisted on bank drafts. Framing was done pretty well until I recently realized he did not build the deck with the proper slope for drainage. Then things took a drastic turn. Work slowed and eventually halted altogether. The quality of work really nosedived. They installed soffits which almost all fell down in the first wind. Deck railings came from a sub-contractor from Surrey. They were crooked and flimsy. Definitely not to code. Constant promises to repair or replace but now they just don't answer the phone. Steps to the deck are terrible. It's 9 months later and I'm still waiting on the deck surface (which I would not let him install if he actually showed up). Save your money and the stress and call someone else! read more

I don't appreciate how they were paid to clean up the pre existing deck debris which consisted of tile and concrete and rocks and yet they had the audacity to just cover it with the new deck costing us over $3000 just to get rid of it ourselves after. When confronted about it there was nothing but denial and no action was taken. Make sure you are clear about the scope and don't pay them until the work is done properly. read more

The work was never done but still kept the our deposit. Will come with a lot of excuses why he couldn't, wouldn't, and shouldn't. DO NOT get sucked into this company nonsense and bs. He will drag you out for months and force you to go through small claims to get your money back. We have been at this since last year Aug and still waiting for our money back. Karan and his crew did an amazing job on my deck. He was quick to come see the place and give a quote, offered a very competitive price, started within 1.5 weeks, and were incredibly fast. Despite being fast, there were no corners cut. I'm fairly meticulous and inspected their work closely, and there were no problems. I wholeheartedly recommend Volga. read more

Did not even finish the job - railing isn't bolted in and what is done is in such horrible and unsafe shape, not to mention the owner is so rude, and some how manages to be super condescending, though he clearly does not seem to know a thing about carpentry - on top of the fact that he delayed the job for weeks, never showed when he said they would - and what was done will need to be ripped down and rebuilt read more
