I did not feel comfortable going during those days so I waited until life resumed back to "normal" to go and redeem my gift card. Keep in mind, no expiry date was on that card. When I went to redeem it the owner said, sorry we can't take it. We no longer have the operating system to accept those cards. How convenient is it to use that excuse? Highway robbery if you ask me. Do yourselves a favour and don't buy any gift cards there, I might just be saving you a small fortune ; )

Her work is over priced and it's too hard to get to in alymer/Gatineau without a car. And Uber doesn't go back to Ottawa. So take account for Uber and taxi fees when you book also.

Their receptionist was friendly and super accommodating with the schedule. The location itself is convenient though, just at the corner of MacLaren and Elgin. Once I figured out where the spa was I was impressed--it was warm and comfortable, there's a waterfall in the waiting room and calming music playing to create a nice relaxing ambiance. I saw Brittany and she was awesome. She was friendly and she made me feel comfortable and did a good job answering my questions. The room was clean, well-kept and prepared freshly before I went in. The whole experience was quick, clean, and not overly painful.
