Career Concepts, I will never go there again and warn others to stay away!…read more Their staff is increadibly rude and unprofessional. They like to pretned they are the unmost polished however it is clear they are ignorant. This is stright from the EEOC website: Federal law also prohibits employers from conducting the Form I-9 and E-Verify processes before the employee has accepted an offer of employment. Applicants may be informed of these requirements in the pre-employment setting by adding the following statement on the employment application. The first thing they will demand when you walk through their door is identification so they can complete the I-9 form, this is against federal law. They do not need your identification to tell you the details of a job. Do not let them tell you otherwise. Most people do not know this and willingly give up their information. Do not do it! Given this information, it begs the question what other rules or laws are they breaking? The place is very shady, any business who breaks federal law tells you there are other things going behind the scenes most of which are not well intended on your behalf. I am going to draw a parallel, Career Concepts as to Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has been in the news recently due to several scandals with their customers.

I spotted and applied for a job as a "parts puller" that was listed on The Reserves Network job…read moresite. Went ahead registered via computer and was called the next day to come in complete some paperwork, and watch a safety video. Upon arrival I was greeted by the secretary, she was professional, polite, and professional. Now when speaking with the woman who was handling the account, this was a whole different ballgame. This individual was nothing but rude, ill-mannered, nasty, short, and demeaning. Who knows maybe she didn't get laid that morning, or it was "that time of the month for her", she didn't get her morning coffee, or maybe this is the way she always acts, who knows? By the way for us men who are having a bad day at work why is it that females somehow always get to use the poor excuse of "it my time of the month" as a reason to call in sick, or be rude to fellow coworkers or customers, why is that? This was a job I was well qualified for however, she told me she refused to submit me for the job and would not explain any further. Apparently The Reserves Network is not in the business of making money, serving their clients, or interested in treating job seekers in a decent fashion. Overall rating is beyond poor, stay away at all costs unless you would like to be spoken down to by a "recruiter" who does not have a college degree. Just a warning about temp places. They invite you to come in and drop off a resume with a promise to place you at a good job. But what you do not realize is once you give them you information such as: name, age, D.O.B., social security number, and other vital information you have NO control to take it back! If you are applying to a higher paying job, they will look at your work history, look up or call your present place of employment to find out how much you make. Therefore, they will not place you into better paying employment. Places like these are scammers who take you vital information and use it against you to "keep you in place"
