History

Established in 2008.

Volunteer Piano was founded in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2008 in an effort to combine all aspects of piano tuning, service, and restoration. Locally owned and operated, we serve Knoxville and surrounding areas in East Tennessee with tunings and minor repairs and accept major repairs and restorations internationally. Meet the Business Owner: Joshua G.

"Piano Service with a Personal Touch" Josh Gaither, owner of Volunteer Piano, is a trained piano tuner and technician. He is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran, a 30 year Knoxville resident, and studied Jazz Piano Performance at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Being in touch with the piano not only as a trained technician, but also as a musician, he knows how to effectively communicate with artists to make the piano feel and sound just how they want it.
