When we complained, the owner just stood there and said he had no idea what we were talking about. It's not the kind of place we normally frequent so maybe it's that. We won't be returning. The luxury pedicure was also pretty bare bones. But based on what people were getting around us, maybe it's not a commonly ordered treatment.

I also appreciated that they are very honest with the turnaround time and don't just double book you. I got a pedicure and manicure for $48. A bit more expensive than the chicago land area. Yet,I tend to get a pedicure and no chip manicure for $50-$55. She did an absolutely amazing job on my pedicure. She took her time and was very thorough. While the nail technicians were very nice and personable and the shop was very clean; I wasn't completely satisfied with my nails. I believe the polish I chose may have been running out or something because my nails have chipped already and it's been less than 24 hours. I think they just need to update their polish a bit. I would suggest looking for an OPI color and asking them, how long they've had the color if you are looking to get a regular manicure. Now they had plenty of options for gel. Perhaps, they specialize in gel manicures and I went with the wrong service. I also saw that they offer microblading and eye lash extensions there but I did not use either of these services. I thought maybe the lady doing her pedicure would do mine right after since the other techs kept taking in new clients and ignoring me. There were 4 other techs working. However, when my mom's tech finished, she just went in the back and didn't come out until a new walk-in customer came in. I had to wait until another tech was done with a separate pedicure. My tech was nice and reheated the water, but the owner (I'm assuming) didn't apologize or even acknowledge that I'd been waiting for an hour with my feet in cold water. She was just chit chatting with another customer (that came in after me). I'm not the type to cause a scene at all. I kept looking at the owner, but she wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge how long I'd been waiting. Won't be coming back here again. If you cannot take walk-ins, don't say you can. It was a waste of time and honestly I felt disrespected.
