Happy Tail Puppies' vet signed off on the last health check that there were no issues. I had our puppy Seen by 2 separate vets and both agreed on the diagnosis. My discussions with the owner to get a refund to be used to treat the puppy's condition have yielded nothing so far. Also our experience with their training program was a huge disappointment. My puppy is not motivated with treats which seemed to be the only way the trainers knew how to use. Our dog was returned to us with no successful training. I don't recommend this business or its training partners.
