My poor boyfriend smoked it today, spending his whole day off on the project, and it still stinks and tastes rotten. It stunk up our house with a sour smell. When we called the store, a disrespectful and unprofessional butcher named Jeff started mansplaining me about how all pork smells like that--which, of course, it doesn't--and would not let me get a word in edgewise, defensively raising his voice and being a jerk. On the other side is the eat-in, take-out deli sandwiches, that are made to order. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. The bread is freshly made (crispy baguette type) and you have a choice of Roast Beef, Roast Turkey, Tuna Salad, Smoked Ham, or Corned Beef. All sandwiches are $16.50 each (including tax) and come with a choice of mayonnaise, spicy stone ground mustard, red leaf lettuce, thin sliced red onion, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, raw grated horseradish, pickled jalapeno, and roasted bell pepper.
