She was ready for a tour immediately. She asked me if I had any ideas or items I really wanted, and I shared. She measured spaces and gave me measurements to look for when purchasing furniture, shelves, etc. we talked about optimal placement of furniture, how to pick quality pieces, being aware of things fitting through the door & staircase, etc. Diana offered realistic solutions for my budget and even pointed me in the right direction of where to find the items I need. We also discussed appropriate paint colors and how to paint the wood moldings properly. She came over and the first 30 min, she assessed my apartment and we came up with a strategy on what parts were the most stressful; my room and closets.
