Of course the signature donuts stay, but they're always keeping it fresh by adding new selections. The donuts are definitely thick and chewy. One is enough and very filling. The service is great! We had fun picking out our dozen and getting input from the baker. Voodoo is also fun because they keep it current by advertising things in their local community like the Broncos versus Bills playoff game, and having a specialty donut to commemorate the final season of Stranger Things. We stopped by on our way to the airport, and I'm so glad we did!! There's construction on the street, so no parking in front. We found a paid lot in the rear - sign warning no free parking. We found free street parking down the block and walked back. We shared the featured donut- Vegan Elvis. I'm definitely not vegan and I would never believe the donut was vegan if I didn't see the sign myself. It was AMAZING 10/10!! Customer service was great. Voodoo donuts is well known for their friendly, welcoming and hardworking staff and pillowy soft yeast donuts, crispy-cakey, light and airy cake donuts and a great selection of decadent flavors choices. We had a tough time narrowing down which donuts we were going to get but honestly really liked all of them. And as basic as this sounds, I loved the plain cake donut...it had a perfectly fried crispy exterior and a dense but airy interior that was exactly my kind of donut. A little disappointed with this Voodoo. I've been to several (mostly in Portland) this one the doughnuts just were not as good. The go tart had virtually no filling (I've had this many times at other places) and the Sagark bite was weirdly lopsided on filling. The service was fine, and the overall ambiance if the story was somewhat typical Voodo but it felt a little cramped in comparison to others. They're average donuts - soft and tasty but nothing that made me say "mmmmmm, this is so good". Ya know what I mean? The selection they have is great to and have something for everyone as they even have vegan options for anyone in that sector. It's always clean inside and the staff is always fast and nice.
