Decent food and pretty good frozen drinks. We got the jerk chicken sandwich and the buffalo wings. Both were good. Not writing home about either, but also would eat them again. Overpriced. Security told me it was $20 to enter after letting the guy in front of me in without paying but later hostess told me $10 just to keep me and my group in. It's poppin downstairs but upstairs is a $50 minimum per person even if your meeting in a large group, I get it but it makes it not poppin. So upstairs was dead. The place is two levels. I arrived early in the afternoon around 2 and the bottom half was empty. You take two flights up to the rooftop. I sat close to the edge of the rooftop to enjoy the view. My waitress was very attentive there were people there but not many. As the day went on more and more people showed up. I ordered a premium hookah and a small cocktail. There large drinks come in an oversized martini glass. Do not buy unless you're about that life. This will def be one of my chill spots when in Miami. Visited Voodoo on a Saturday night to celebrate a friend's bday. We ordered a few drinks on the main floor where most people were and then decided to get hookah. We were told that the seats were only for those ordering bottle service and that we would have to stand while enjoying our hookah (definitely a first time hearing that). Visited the 2nd floor which was a chill vibe- the dj was great! There was available seating and we ordered some light bites (chicken wings and fries) and more drinks. The rooftop is super nice, with a nice crowd, but the service here was awful. The music was cool and the drinks were a hit but our server was MIA most of the night. Now she did have a few tables to serve but I could also see her standing at the register on her phone most of the night so it really annoyed me. When I got to the place, I recieve the tradition of having a shot as you walk in. After, the shot, I sat at the bar to have a meal. I ordered the shrimp tacos. I asked for no onions or Lettuce for Health reasons and I still got them on my tacos. I had worked over 20 minutes for the meal so I had to just take the stuff off. The tanks were so so. From my understanding there if a roof top dining area as well. I did not go up there. A friend I was with put on a food order and the waitress never put the order in. They were hungry and not happy about that. As a result, they chose not to eat at the establishment. There were some drawbacks to the timing of food and Customer service. The upstairs lounge was supposed to open at 3:30 pm and we had reservations but the server was not yet there so we were told to come back. No biggie. We did return and were able to lounge smoke hookah upstairs. Had the passionate about henny and coco me crazy. Both drinks had a good amount of liquor. Hookah was strong. They were nice enough to let us try it and decide if we liked it or not. Server was attentive. Come back at night, had reservations it was still spring break but this was like the time the bulk of spring breakers were here. We saw they promoted open bar $45! That's a steal only to get there and be told it's only downstairs. We would have to go up and down to get our own drinks. We decided not to. Then we asked for a big drink. We are told due to so many people bumping around the server wouldn't be able to bring it upstairs to us. We decide we would just go down to get it and then are told oh no they probably won't even make the big drink. I came across this place by accident and I'm glad I decided to stay. The food was very good especially the truffle fries. They have hookah's available if you're looking to really chill. The drinks come as big as you can handle which was up my alley. The medium was just right. The vibe was right and on top of that the weather was perfect! Ok so the highs of this establishment is going to be location, location and location! Is it classy,...no. Do some of the reviews about your credit cards being stolen make ya' weary to bring out the plastic.... YES! So do what you need to feel right about coming here. Cash is always King! I found the rooftop might have nice views but it's outdated and way too overpriced. Some waiters literally had to be flagged down to get drinks or change the coals on the Hookah. For those with disabilities, wheelchair, etc, good luck getting up those 3 flights of stairs. There is one elevator that has signs all over it stating, "Servers Only." So that wipes out clients with ada requirements. Major bummer. There are no bathrooms up there either so you have to repel down or trek back down the sketch stairs to get to the old unclean bathroom. Ugh! But, the plus side, the drinks are big and strong, the Don Julio Ladies were the star of the show and the Hookah was great. I can't say I'd come back again. When the food came I found the longest black curly hair in my food and when I pointed it out to our server she is accused it of being mine (despite me having red straight hair). we came in for a vibey brunch on south beach but instead left hungry, parched && disappointed. upon arrival i should have noticed that for a rooftop the vibe was missing. then we sat down && once finally our server came over she took drink orders but only 3 out of our 8 came out. so we kept being told the bar was busy && backed up so we gave grace. one half of our group ordered the bottomless mimosa which they only got 1 round. we proceed to put our food in && 2hrs later we finally ask for a manager because we were upset && coming from the industry, she could have handled it better. she almost made it as if it was our fault they were busy && understaffed. then questioned us about paying. as we watched all tables get food around us who sat down an hour into our dining experience. i understand busy days but communication goes a long way && no hangry people want to hear they dont know where your food is or why its taking so long && whatever other reasons. just singing to consider. our server was nice at least && understood the frustration! read more

This lounge is located in an area that has street dancing, very busy with foot traffic and just upbeat with twerking, hip hop, young, old, all-inclusive. There is always a line to get in so expect to wait. This definitely is a spot that is smoking-friendly so fyi you will be second-hand smoking. The food is definitely sub par for their prices let me say that. I ordered the chicken panini, which was surprisingly good. However actual fries don't come with the sandwich, instead they give you miniature potato crisps almost to tease you, and real fries cost 8 dollars. The Caesar salad was okay, a little too saucy for my liking and my table seemed to enjoy the mozzarella sticks. Be mindful that the waitresses do ask to hold your credit card and ID while you dine, which is ludicrous to me, but I recommend insisting on only giving them one for security purposes. First let me say I'm not a fan of the restaurants in South beach that say seat yourself because it takes too long to get a server to notice you. I sat for 10 minutes before getting a servers attention. I was just stopping in for lunch so I only had chicken strips and fries, they were just ok nothing special but I had the medium Miami Vice and it was delicious. I'm rating this a 3.5/5 *but* we only stopped in for one drink as we were just passing through so I feel as though we didn't get the full experience. The vibe in this place cannot be beat. I love bars with this theme so we were immediately interested in stopping in! Even though it was still early in the evening there were several groups absolutely loving life on the various three floors. We were encouraged to walk around and take in the full atmosphere and we gladly did. Drinks were fine, nothing to write home about but also not the worst thing I've ever had. The bartenders were very entertaining and attentive, they even offered us another round to stick around (which we gladly accepted)! We didn't try any of the food or hookah so we can't really speak to that, and we didn't feel that we were pressured into ordering something we didn't want so that was good. Unfortunately it wasn't one of our highlights of our trip. I'd like to think we'd give this another try a little later in the evening if we returned to Miami but I'm not so sure we would. read more
