They gate was still closed, so…read moreI left a typed note explaining that I wanted an HVAC diagnostic because the system motor was working, but it wasn't blowing either hot or cold air. I added that the actuator was moving and the heater hose was getting hot, but the air coming through on any setting was neither hot nor cold. So I wanted a diagnostic to figure out what was wrong. I also wrote that on their envelope before dropping my key in their box. Their lot was so packed, I had to park in an overflow lot across the street. By 11 AM, I hadn't heard from them, so I decided to give them a call to make sure they found my vehicle in the overflow lot and to confirm my notes. I called them 14 times between 11 AM and 3 PM and there was never an answer. Their voicemail message said to leave a message and they would respond within 24 hours. But I didn't have 24 hours. I needed my vehicle back the same day. I called an Uber to take me back there after 3 PM to find out what was going on and that's when I finally got a call. But I was already less than a block away. When I went in, they said they were calling to tell me exactly what I told them in my notes and when I made the appointment, that the AC wasn't working and they wanted to know if I wanted them to run a diagnostic. After 8 hours, they did nothing to my vehicle other than turn on the heat and AC and only told me it had the very same problem that I brought it in to have them diagnose. According to them, the appointment was just a placeholder and did not impact when vehicles are serviced, which defeats the entire point of an appointment. They said I should have told them if I needed my vehicle the same day, even though nobody was there when I dropped it off and nobody was answering the phones. As for the phone calls, they said they only had 1 person answering 5 lines and that's why none of my 14 calls over 8 hours were answered, and it was my responsibility to leave a message ... in spite of the fact that their voicemail said it could take them 24 hours to respond. I've been here before and the service was much better than it was today. Those days, I'd give them 5 stars. But the absolute minimum I need for someone servicing my vehicles is that they have someone to answer at least 1 of 14 phone calls, and that they pay attention to the reason I dropped my vehicle off in the first place.

I had a 2013 with 159000 miles on it I had a mechanic tell me the truck was in good condition. Well, Mike repaired it so quickly and gave us as good a deal as possible when repairing the AC. He explained everything & so easy to do business with. Then,unfortunately for us, the next week we had a major engine prob/failure w/the lifters that were part of the the flex fuel system. We read that people who replaced the lifters only had them fail again in a few months. Mike gave us an alternative solution- redesign engine so it works w/out the flex fuel system. It took a bit of time & when we first got it back ac wasn't working again, but Mike stood behind his work and figured out the prob & got the ac working again, as well as the engine.
