I was able to make an appointment right away since my mom was in severe back pain. This place is snuggled between two other businesses and you could almost miss it. It's clean and the receptionist was very nice. We first had some x-rays done to see what the issues were with my mom's back. Eventually, the Dr. came in to give an evaluation. He talked to us explaining what the issues were and how he could help. He did some physical adjustments, showed my mom some excercises, put some KT tape on my mom's back and told her to drink a lot of water. I'm glad the Dr. was able to do some actual physical adjusting instead of using an adjustment tool. I do believe adjustment tools work for some areas of the body...but not the whole body. I am also glad he didn't do a sales pitch about a product or show us videos on how great chiropractors are. I already know they work. SooOOo anyway, made another appointment for my mom. Hopefully, my mom will start feeling better soon.

I made an appointment for my daughter and they got her in the very same day. No waiting. Check in was a breeze. Receptionists were fast and friendly. He said people on Medicaid are unreliable, don't show up to their appointments and it was just rude. I had to stop going back because he makes me uncomfortable customer service wise. He's great at what he does but he needs to practice bedside manners. His wife is amazing though. She's the only reason why I'm giving it two stars. Note: I've gone a total of five times, I should have stopped going after that first one with the comment. But I kept giving him A chance. So I stopped going over a year ago and decided maybe I should let other people know about his manners. Because that's why a lot of people would even come to Yelp is to get reviews. No way am I bashing, I am stating a fact that he could be more professional. ( I also run my own business and have reputation. So I know how to act and what to expect from others, especially from a professional setting) Update: he decided to message me personally and this is what he had to say for himself. I just thought you all would like to look at it because I couldn't believe he said it. Again. I understand why you wouldn't take Medicaid people but you don't sit there and tell other clients and patients why. And He's claiming I'm lying pretty much. So I'm bringing it down to one star. He seriously needs to work on his manners. This is highly unprofessional. Everyone has bad days but it doesn't excuse how you talk to others. It wasn't the service I had a problem with or his skills, it was his mouth and how he acts. If you loved your job you would act like it. Also his writing is just like the way he acts in the office. Because I didn't mention time waiting, talking a lot or most of the stuff talking about in the screenshots. So alot what he just said was unnecessary. I was trying to keep this brief and short but he decided he wanted to message so here's an update. And just so you know, doc, Medicaid and Medicare are two completely different things and we are still held accountable if we miss an appointment too. We get in trouble in repercussions too if we miss our appointments. I'm actually surprised if a doctor doesn't know that.

I have also used their massage therapist and again, the experience was great. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and was very conscious of my needs and what techniques would work best.
