I had the opportunity to upgrade my bucket and didn't, after it was delivered I called and talked to the OWNER to see if I could still upgrade the bucket and pay the difference and he said he would call me back, which never happened. I called every 2 days for 3 weeks and left messages by never a response after the first conversation. Fast forward 3 years later called and had a warranty question the OWNER answered and stated he wou look into and and have someone contact me, approximately a month ago which never happened. Service is horrible, can't even follow up with simple questions. DO NOT do business with this guy if you want customer service. He is just after your hard earned money.
