I was finally reached out about my renewal and they wanted to set up a Video call I was like great I will let them know I need to cancel. As the video call started I informed Jared I wanted to cancel and asked 5 different times to make sure my checking account would not be charged. Jared stated no you will not be charged 5 different times. I go in to check my account and guess what they charged me so I called and spoke to some woman on the phone who said there was no note that I wanted to cancel or that I had a Video with anyone, she would leave a message with the manager but that I could not wait for him and that she was going to hang up on me. When I asked for her name she hung on me. I kept calling and kept getting voice mail. Finally spoke with someone to get a refund and if I do not get it they will hear from my lawyer.

When CHRIS called me back, he had an arrogant attitude and I don't care attitude. I do not recommend this agency at all. They do not take care of the small details nor do they care for you as a customer or client.

Unfortunately the rep I normally worked with moved on and since then the level of service has been far and away the worst service I've received from any insurance company I've dealt with and probably in the top five of all time bad experiences with any type of business. Every time I call the office they have an excuse as to why they cannot answer my question. Several times they said their computers were not working and would call me back though never did. I was told one time they needed to call Allstate to get more information and they would call me back though never did (I called them back two days later). Once I was told they had a power outage and they would have to call me back, they did call me back the next day though still did not have an answer to my question. The worst part of my entire experience over the last few years is the fact that when I call Allstate directly to discuss issues they automatically forward my call back to the agent. Whatever you do, take your business elsewhere!! There are many options when it comes to insurance agencies, this should not be one of them.

The vast majority of the time my wife may be on the phone while I am driving. About 5% of the time, I may be the one talking on the phone. This causes too many added charges that at completely wrong. I hope you are not paying a lot to use AI to "help" customers because it is not effective. We've been customers for 40 years. Always had excellent service when we talked to a real person. The "old" number I had listed with the usaa details did not work. I get that "AI" is the new thing to save money. But who is paying attention?
