As a realtor, I'm required to get fingerprinted. I easily scheduled my appointment online and then showed up with the necessary paperwork printed and signed from their website) and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Easy peezy, lemon squeezy. It's a small office, but it's perfect for the services provided. The girl (I can't remember her name) who did my fingerprints was very nice and good at her job. I love that this location can do electronic fingerprinting. Very conveniently located on Main St in Layton.

I was a little worried about this since I am not LDS. I Believe there were more non LDS travelers than LDS. Those who were did not mind that I had a glass of wine at dinner and were very friendly and inclusive. The tour was slower paced than tours I've taken with other companies. Also the only meals included were hotel breakfasts. Sometimes eating other meals was challenging due to location. I think the our good have been better organized and something's omitted and others added. The price is very reasonable but I don't feel you get as much compared to other companies. I would travel with them again but carefully review the itinerary and make sure I had snacks with me.

However, there is a significant aspect of the tour's social environment that prospective solo travelers should be aware of. While not advertised as a faith-based tour, my group was almost entirely comprised of members of the LDS (Mormon) community. While I respect all backgrounds, the tour felt like a private religious excursion rather than a general public tour. If the company is going to cater so heavily to a specific religious group, it should be marketed as a faith-based tour so that outsiders can make an informed decision about the social dynamic. Unfortunately this led to a tour experience where there was a clique' dynamic that led to significant exclusion. Group members denied me accessible seating at demonstrations and even attempted to excluded me from group gondola rides because I was a single woman outside of their social circle. Most concerning was the lack of consideration for mobility needs; Though some members were supportive, I found I was repeatedly pushed aside by group members when need assistance, even when a flight attendant was assisting me. This created an environment that felt unwelcoming and, at times, physically unsafe. I would recommend this tour for the sights, but only if you are part of the specific demographic mentioned above. I urge the company to be more transparent about the nature of their clientele or to better manage group conduct to ensure all guests are treated with basic courtesy.

From Tampa Florida we boarded the Norwegian Sun for our adventure south to the ancient Mayan ruins of Belize, Chetumal and Tulum. Our local guides were so knowledgable, particularly in the Chetumal and Tulum Ruins. The Lecturer traveling with us gave lots of insight as well. Also visited the island of Roatan Honduras which was not fabulous. Beware of locals who do not understand personal boundaries. Being polite doesn't work. Say NO and mean it. I would cruise with the Cruise Lady anytime. They were very well organized and took good care of us.
