This was due to them not writing down the correct email for the second location. I do understand that mistakes can happen and that payments are necessary to run the company. However, the way the office manager spoke to me about the payment was very unprofessional. It felt like she was the owner of the company. Due to this, I have decided not to call them back for any of my seven locations in Des Moines. I read on Yelp that "72 is about creating and developing relationships with our customers by providing superior service". However, this is not how they can build a relationship with customers. I have been working in customer service for the past seven years and I have never encountered anyone who has spoken to me in such a manner.
