I hate to leave a 1 star for any shop that supports a hobby of mine, but this place is in need to help. The shop is simply filthy. Boxes all over the place, the counters are loaded with film from all the vaping in the shop, and walking in there is like walking into an old style pool hall - totally clouded up, and the guys who work there give (at least me) the feeling like they're doing me a favor be even bothering to talk to me or answer questions. They really need to get their stock put away, clean the place up and get a descent ventilation system in there - then you won't feel like you need to go thru a decontamination when you leave. This is my vape shop of LAST resort - I'll only go there if I need something and can't wait to get it shipped. I hope they clean up their act. read more

I usually come here to stock up on new vape juice, and the service is okay when it comes to the guys helping you...but today, this one stank face girl just ruined it for us. Where'd she come from? WHO KNOWS. you ask her for any suggestions on juice, she replies "i don't know" & acts like she does you a favor by ringing you up ...and the only time she cracks even a smile is when she swipes your card lol... couldn't wait to get out of there, i have no idea where they even hired this girl. read more

READ return policy it is insane.. first states that you have 45 days to return, but read further and see that pretty much all of their products are nonrefundable !! my fault for not reading fully. i've been here once. came all the way from downtown la, looking for glas e liquids (thats a pretty long drive btw). these guys just stood there looking at me, like im some zoo animal they've never seen before. i mean, ok thats cool... then, i went on to ask if they had the juice i wanted, and this asian dude just looked either high af or didnt wanna work. i read all these great reviews, and made the trip guys! at least greet me and make me feel like i can walk out with at least something lol. could definitely use a lot of work, in the customer service area guys.. read more

The guys are friendly and helpful. Juice selection is great and they are more than welcome to recommend you a different or similar flavor. The shop is a hidden gem in a sleeping Plaza but it's nice since there's ample parking and easy Street access. Inside it's a great atmosphere with comfee seats and good lighting. Granted i havent been to a lot of other shops, this place always has a great selection. They never pressure you into buying anything. There have been times where they actually told me to hold on buying something because something newer was coming out. They always have new flavors of vape juice coming in. Hello, I used to really enjoy using VaporDNA, but lately the service has gone bad. On Friday, March 3, I received my order, but the color was mixed up, I immediately sent an email with a picture of the invoice, packaging where the color and the device itself are indicated, on Monday by lunchtime, I received an email from a customer service employee with a request send an email with a picture, I wrote that I sent it on Friday, but just in case I sent it again, and in response, silence !! I want to use the device for which I paid, and not correspond with one letter for two weeks to get my device!!! And why should I first send you a device that you sent me by mistake and only when it arrives, your company will send mine?! That's ridiculous!! Why is it impossible, like in Amazon, they made a mistake - first they sent me the correct order and I use it, and then I send the wrong order ?! And the most important thing is that this is not the first time they send me not what I ordered, although then VaporDNA customer service quickly resolved this issue, because they immediately answered the email, now the correspondence with the customer service is like pigeon mail !! It seems to me that in the 21st century, any respectable company should have an online chat with a customer service employee. I really regret my purchase from this company. read more

i'm fairly new to vaping, and my friend mentioned how cool/great this place was so i decided to stop by. i've been trying to stop smoking cigarettes for over a year now and i can't seem to stop anyways.. this place was super dope AND really big (which i didn't expect from a smoke/vape shop). the staff was nice. I work in a vape shop in seattle and when I found out I was visiting SoCal, I knew I had to come here. Huge selection of the newest authentic vape gear with prices ranging from cheap (~$30 for a CLT v3) to higher end. Even on a budget you can come in and get yourself set up with something nice. Large selection of juice, which is a big plus. They also offer free builds. Only one complaint: they were out in a few flavors of juice in 3mg. But with a busy shop that's to be expected. This is the friendliest vape shop in the South Bay! I came in on Black Friday and was greeted by the smiling faces of Asia, Joanne, Vincent, Vincent, Ryan, and Daniel. They were all super nice and ready to help. The prices were great ($25 for a Goon 24mm RDA in copper!) And the selection was even better. I don't go to any other vape shops anymore. I dont understand whats taking my order so long. Called them on this store to get an answer, dude answered the phone was rude and already trying to cut off the converstion as soon as he can.
