Idk why everyone had such a bad experience. I recently got into cigars and i looked up near by cigar shops and this place is walking distance to my home. I was a bit turned off by the low ratings but i just needed butane and some cigars. I walked in and the female employee was so nice and accommodating and helped me find what I needed. Very disappointed to write this review as I've shopped here for literal years. I'm not sure if they are under new ownership/management but I am not satisfied with my most recent experience. I purchased a torch on Friday 2/16, as soon as I tried to use it, the torch was faulty. I went today Sunday 2/18 and told the clerk what happened, he also tried it and agreed that something was wrong. Another female employee came over and tried it, again it did not work properly despite being full of fuel. A phone call was made, I suppose to the owner or higher manager and I was simply told there was nothing that could be done and they would not be refunded sing or exchanging the torch. It's disappointing that I have now lost my money, and have to find a new shop because I refuse to spend another penny here. read more

A co-worker and friend recommended this spot for inexpensive purchases. I was getting my eyebrows threaded and it was on the way, so I checked the place out. I found the parking lot a little sketchy but it could have just been the dim lighting and it was night time. There were plenty of other stores connected that were pretty busy. The lot was almost full when I drove in but I managed to find a spot. The actual shop is pretty big. It was spacious almost to the point where it seems like they need more items to sell. The cashier clerk was very helpful in answering my questions. I felt bad that he was the only one working and a line of customers had formed while he was helping me. My purchase was less than $20, which was my goal. I wish they had more a selection but I'm content. They sell snacks and drinks, which is common for smoke shops. It is difficult to determine if I will visiting this spot again. I wasn't impress or discourage by my experience. Perhaps I'll see this place again with a friend, who knows?! read more

Relatively new to the vaping scene and wanted a friendly neighborhood spot I could call my own for all my vaping needs. Got off work at 8am and got on yelp to find a vape show open that early. All of them opened at 9 except this place so I made the trip, happy I did. The chick behind the counter was super cool and helped me pick a good vape mod box. It cost twice as much as it did online (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) but I figured I was also paying for the brick and mortar and the face to face customer service so I chalked it up and handed over my money. I like that they have nicotine free e-juices available as well, and will definitely be back as I'm pretty sure I've found the friendly neighborhood vape spot I was looking for. Cheers! read more

Just left this place after getting "asked to leave" for taking too long to decide on a piece I was looking for. When I got there the goofy looking man with long hair decided to use the restroom before even pointing me in the right direction. As I looked at a few cases I noticed what I was looking for and asked to take a look at 3 glass pieces, which required him to pull out two trays. After giving him back the piece I didn't like, I had two left in my hand. After asking if they had anything else in the back because there was such a limited selection he surprisingly grabbed or asked (I dont remember) for the two pieces I was considering in purchasing and put them back in their original trays. Now keep in mind I hadn't been here more than 5 minutes and there was nobody else in the shop when the older ÷45 year old with hair a little past his shoulders (might have been the owner) said "ok we aren't gonna do this all day" when I looked at him and told him we didn't have to and that maybe the younger much more professional employee could help me get what I wanted, this is when he said " at this point we're gonna have to ask you to leave. I have never been kicked out of a spot in my life, I have never left a negative review to a business, I've never even been treated the slightest way negatively in my opinion because i treat others with respect. Not sure what this guys problem was but when i asked the younger employee if i had been out of line in any way he kind of shrugged his shoulders in confusion and shook his head no while being careful not to be seen as going against his superior. I walked out if there and wont ever be back even though that was the first time I had ever seen that employee, the service i received was pretty bad and fucked up my day not knowing for sure why he acted that way towards me. So anyone that decides to go to this place, make sure to avoid the older guy, especially if your gonna ask more than 5 questions or need more than 5 minbutes if his time. I had bought a puff bar and it went out in less then 2 hours then I went to the store spoke to one of the workers he told me he will exchange it and I said I hope this does not happen again and I left and late at night 10:00 pm it went out again the brand new one he gave me they are selling fake puff bars and are scammers ! And worker told me he can't do nothing about can't even give me a different brand I'll be satisfied but no they don't care about there customers read more

Based on reviews I came here for cigars as a gift. Person unfortunately didn't know anything about cigars. And most of the boxes were empty.
