I've been stopping by this vape store for quite some time now and they never disappoint. Full service store for all your needs. Great place for beginners and vets. Juice selection is plentiful. Device and atomizer selection is on point as well. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Kris has always helped me pick juices and is great at making solid recommendations. Chad always has a line of rebuilding to do but if you have some time he's worth waiting for to get a fresh build. Joanne is a pleasant and helpful rep that is polite and patient. Anytime you come in you won't be disappointed. You can't go wrong with vapordna. I stop by all the time for juice, builds, or to just hang out. The problem is terrible customer service which forced me to cancel my order. Their site requires a photo ID sent by email that IS NOT a secured server. When I asked if there was a secure way to send over my photo ID, the employee said "No, I'll just cancel your order." I never brought up canceling the order, but because he suggested it, I canceled. Low quality customer service sums up a very mediocre company. Would not buy. read more

I wish I had read the reviews from an old Vapor DNA FB page before placing my order last Saturday. Still haven't seen my order. I will NEVER order from this place again. Myvapor store and Vape Authority are the only places I'll order from again. This is ridiculous. I don't know how they stay in business. There's a reason you can't leave them a rating on any of their fb and can't leave a visitor post. Not sure who these people are leaving 5 star reviews. Went to this shop a couple of days ago to pick up an atty they had online. They price match the atty to their online website which was a great DEAL!!! Because of this I ended up buying not only the atty but a batteries and juice as well. Like I said, their prices are "deals" cuz they price match, not really "steals" like online prices, but definitely best bang for your buck as far as brick n morter shops go. They also carried the latest in mods and attys in their shop. Haven't seen so much of the latest vape gear in one shop EVER!!! On top of that they were very well knowledgeable and helpful. Some of their employees know the insight on what vape manufacturers n vendors are into. So they know what's the latest n greatest coming out in the future. One employee there was so HELPFUL he told me to wait instead of buying a tank. NEVER had that happen before at any vape shop. Being slightly disappointed with my Griffin wicking, was ready to buy a Mutank which he recommended was better as far as wicking is concerned. Then he told me it would be better to wait cuz their are way better rta's still in development, coming out soon. As a vape consumer who buys the latest n greatest that fits my needs, this was VERY helpful advice. Wasn't pushing any products down my throat like other vape shops do. They also had a huge selection of juice. Definitely one of the best, if not the best vape shop I've ever been to. OK...I really really wanted to love this place. Long story short, I gave them 3 chances and spent almost $85 and I have 1 vape and 2 tanks to show for it (none of which r top of line or anything)....that's because I seriously tried to give them chance after chance. I would buy a vape, it would break for some reason, I would go back in and buy what they recommended again and the cycle continued. Bottom line, I gave them 3 attempts because they make an attempt. But facts r facts. Bad product (I later found out) for the begginer type vape user...over priced and low quality. they spend so much time building specialized vapes that they either don't care to research what's out there in the begginer market or they don't have time. Again, its the place to go for your top of the line build utse!f things but not so much for the begginer. read more

Happened to be in the area and I decided to check out this vape shop. I suppose you could say I'm a juice enthusiast so I like to build my collection of juices. Haven't finished a bottle yet heh... Anyway, I have no idea how many juices I went through before I finally found one I liked. I may be a juice enthusiast, but I'm picky as heeeelllllll. The guys here were super patient and recommended a few flavors for me to try based on my particular taste. After 90,000 juices, I was able to leave the store with something. Ordered online and had some minor problems. Sent an email to vapordna and they called me within 30 minutes to make sure they resolved the issue. These guys are great with customer service (Guillermo) and I would recommend anyone who values customer service to give them a try. Great selection of juices at a great price. Not worth the momentous headache A few days ago I purchased a Russian 3 RTA from VaporDNA (as both of the the glass tanks on mine have cracked and I need one desperately!). I calculated the shipping and as I live in the U.K. I chose USPS International Expedited ($45). My total order came to $67.49. When I enter my card details and completed an error showed up, something like 'Gateway Error'. So I logged into my online banking and the payment had been taken out. I then logged into my new VaporDNA account and couldn't find the order. So I've contacted my bank and they have CONFIRMED that the payment was authorised. I then checked reviews of VaporDNA naturally to check if have used a dodgy site and found an exceptional record. Which leaves me in a bad position, I need a Russian 3 badly, I've payed for it, but the order isn't showing up and I haven't received any emails confirming that. The response from vapordna was that their site was sensitive when it comes to billing. Especially with the postcode, I kid you not, the advice was to leave letters out of the Zip/Post Code and add two zeros when trying again. The response overlooked the fact that I told them I was in contact with my Bank and they confirmed the payment authorisation. So now I have no access to those funds and I'm supposed to provide proof to my bank that the transaction didn't complete. I can't believe considering the cryptic postal code thing and that I already have funds missing that they would think I would try again. (I know my details were correctly filled in by every other web retailers standards, it was auto filled as with every purchase I make) I wanted so badly to see that world renowned American customer service and to see a Russian 3 RTA delivered to my door from across the pond, but no... I'm left with a huge bureaucratic banking mess that I have to clean up read more

Overall I have nothing negative to say about VaporDNA in anyway. I received my items really quickly even due to USPS losing my package because they damaged the shipping label while shipping. VaporDNA customer service was able to respond and assure me that the package was in-transit to me even tho I was skeptical and sure enough my post office had it 3 days later on the other side of the country so I was impressed. read more

Walking in, first impression was just how nice the look, feel, and layout of the shop was. I was greeted immediately by everybody in the store. The dedicated juice bar was a change of pace from other shops. For a shop this new I'm very impressed. Their pricing and selection is competitive. My favorite flavor juice is one of their house flavors, red cola. The parking was a little tight but not something to dwell on. I love love love vapor DNA. Everyone there was so friendly, very informed, and helpful when me and my girlfriend came in to purchase 2 starter kits. Kai and Chris ( i think those were their names) OMG I am very bad with names but anyway they were amazing employees!!! We left the place feeling confident and ready to start using our vapes. There are 2 locations so if we didn't find the exact color or model that we wanted we just went down the street to the other store and found the perfect one. I definitely will be coming back!
