Worst experience with a company I've ever had... Okay, so I ordered some e-juice and coils from these guys and come delivery day, two additional packages - both addressed to me - with other people's orders arrived. Inside was probably $400 worth of mods and accessories for two very pissed off customers. I could've easily kept the merchandise, but I'm an honest person and so I called both customers to let them know what had happened (all of their contact information was on the invoices), and then proceeded to notify the company to initiate a return. I was asked to take several photos to prove that the packages were indeed addressed to me and didn't arrive here in Georgia on a trail of pixie dust (wow Jessica, you sure are a sharp one!), as well as multiple photos of the invoices so that they could identify the initials of the moron in their shipping dept who was responsible for this fiasco. I then took time off work to drive to FedEx and have the packages sent back to the shipper only to be informed that because they had been opened (imagine that - opening packages that were addressed to you), that I would have to pay for return shipping to send them back. I refused, of course, and was told to contact the shipper to obtain pre-paid return labels. At this point, between the long email correspondences spanning two days, several photos, and driving time to FedEx (45 min round trip from my work), I was now invested in correcting their mistake by about 1.5 hours. Since I would have to either schedule a pickup or take more time off work to go back with the labels the next day, I was now looking at about 2 hrs and 15 min of time invested in this nonsense (no good deed goes unpunished, I suppose). After asking for some form of compensation for all the trouble, I was offered a store credit of $5, which doesn't even cover half the gas money I spent driving to FedEx. Insulting, especially considering that I could've easily kept the merchandise if I had wanted to be a jerk and they would've been out whatever their cost is on $400 worth of hardware. But, I gave them another chance to do the right thing, and they dug their heels in. So, I told them to keep the money, that I would take my business elsewhere in the future, and that I'd be sure to leave a detailed review of my experience with their company online so that other people could see what a garbage group of people they really are. I'm a man of my word, so here I am. With so many other great vape shops in the area and online, my advice is to avoid this place like the plague unless you just enjoy the feeling of a migraine. Now on to every other review site I can find... On a side note, one of the customers I had spoken with told me that this is the third time they've screwed something up on one of his orders, so this is hardly an isolated incident - consider yourselves warned... read more

So I placed an order online here on Dec 1st, today is Dec 12, it was due to be delivered dec 9th. Not horribly late, so I'm not too mad about that. However, when the USPS guy came to deliver it he said that the postage was not paid entirely so I had to flip through my asshole to find my wallet and then scrounge for change for the exact postage due because the mailman didn't have change and if I didn't pay it he had to take it to the post office and then I'd have to go pick it up tomorrow, also not a big deal... But some sort of notice would have been nice if they were late sending it out or if the postage wasn't correct. Or maybe it was completely USPS that messed all the postage and delivery up? Anyway, I'm giving 4 star because their website and check out is like any other place, easy to navigate, simple forms, nothing sketchy.... It did get to my house.... But the delivery and postage issues kind of bummed me out. I'd be willing to give it another chance to see if it's the store and just a one time thing or if it was usps. Great shop, great prices and very helpful employees. I purchased a brand new iStick 30W there. They throw in a 510-ego adapter for free! I sat at their juice bar for a bit, tried out a few things, and left with 2 bottles of juice. I like the fact that they use decent tanks for the samplers AND they use decent vaporizers for testing. In fact, they use iStick 30Ws for testings, which gives enough power really for you to taste the juice. Unlike another place I went to, it was a big store, but their testers had faded coils and kept leaking. NOT at VaporDNA. The coils were all quite fresh, esp on the NET juices, which can make the coil taste pretty ashy. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't kick me out after I accidentally unscrewed the top part from the bottom of the tank on the testers a couple of times. I also appreciate them having a good website, where you can check out what they have ahead of time. I dig their juice selection, carrying some local LA brands, like the Freemason Elixir juices. There are vape shops and there are vape shops. I can honestly say that some establishments and staff make you feel as if you are a VIP customer and no one else exist. This shop has to be one of the best vape shops that I have encountered and it is a great pleasure to give them my business and money. Steven and Chad are very friendly and nice with high vape IQ. The one guy that stands out to be somewhat special is Eric who is a pool of knowledge and so kind to his customers. I spent almost 45 mins there and saw how he treated customers making time to accommodate everyone especially me. Aside from the vape shop that I buy my juices from, I would actually feel guilty giving my money and business to anyone else. Ok so this place REALLY is as good as it gets!! No Lie! i went in and it was my first day ever having anything to do with vaping. I came in with my munstro mod and omega RDA. Now this RDA is freaking hard to build on and they had no problem setting me up with a nice build that chucks! i am absolutely loving everything i got from this place! I purchased some juice, a battery and a charger. I feel like I really got a deal here! I will definitely be coming back here. OHHHHH and customer service! This place is awsome! Very knowable stuffs, almost everyone I saw in the shop knows how to build. Huge selections, almost 200 juice flavors. It is so fun just sit around their super cool juice bar to try out all the different juices. I like their tea house flavor, which I never see any other store around torrance carries the similar stuff. And their exclusive brand The Nectar got the best fruity flavors. I like almost every one I tried . I am not a advance vaper, but even I can see they have some nice mods. Like the original Nemesis and Lotus. They told me they never carry clones. All the employees are super helpful and very knowledgable. I had my RBA built by Kris and it is awesome. Great flavor and huge clouds! These guys know what's up. The E-juice selection here is huge. The VaporDNA are a really big help cause when i was confused on what juice to get they helped me out big time they introduce me to SPACEROCKS. Their juice selection is huge, and it really helped that joanne listened to what kind of flavor profile i prefer and guided me through the menu. My order was simply "flagged" by their system and I received an e-mail stating they needed a picture of everyone's faces with their photo ID's held beside them in order to complete the order or it would be cancelled. I was inexperienced and asking stupid questions but they were super patient and asked about my setup, what I was looking for, and pointed out everything I would need. Great service and great prices. Was looking for an istick 30 watt this was the only store that had, and it was only $35 while a store down the street wanted $60 for the istick 20 watt. They have a full menu of flavors which makes finding the right tasting juice easy. They have a nice lounge you can hang out in if you feel like relaxing or you can sit at the bar where you can choose your vape flavors from a book. I was helped out by Kai, I actually came in for another model that was more expensive and not as good. It was my very first kit and Kai helped me set it up, showed me how to do it. I got the IJust2 kit by Eleaf. Gave me a great selection to choose from. He made my first vape experience great. Now Im vaping my Vitamins like a choo choo train.
