Excellent resource for vapes, mods, drippers and tanks. Great selection. I was about to order a new RDA online when I realized that their shop was only 5 miles away, so I decided randomly to go check it out. The only negative was that it took a while to get service because there were only 2 people working, and both were with customers (understandable). However, when it was my "turn", the guy I dealt with was very candid and actually cautioned me about the RDA I was planning to pick up. Very informative, and actually pointed out a less expensive option that he thought was even better. Pretty cool of him to do that. In the end, I ended up buying a Kennedy V2 and he did the build for me. I must say, his build was the BEST I've seen. VaPerfection!!!! He also showed me the new "cotton bacon" which I'm super impressed with, and ended up buying some of that as well. I would definitely recommend visiting this shop if you are in the area. I originally gave DNA one star, however the manage called me and assured me that the customer service would be improved. I have been back several times and every experiences have been very good. My only issue is a non-staff employee tends to loiter around the lobby area, he's there every single time, not sure who he is but he just stares. So I've been coming here for years, for the most part everyone there has been helpful and professional. However the last two time went here the guy working has called me an asshole for buying too much product. I've never had a business complain I was buying too much before. He also began to tell me I was wrong because I didn't vape the same way he did. As if somehow the way I enjoy a product could be wrong. That's like ordering a whiskey on the rocks and the bartender saying no you're wrong you can only have it neat. I should be able to enjoy anything the way I like it. So, this is a long time coming post. VaporDNA is a decent sized company and I am absolutely happy with the services I get there. Little background. One of the vape place I went over a year ago gave my friend a default mod tank that leaks. He spent 200 and it leaked into his screen. They said one thing but did another. Then I found VaporDNA. They have been great. I have the worst luck with mods it seem. First Smok backlight goes out. No issue changed it. Then I got a pod mod and there was issues with them and they helped me out. Whatever the issue is they try to rectify it as best as they can. The online store and the other store are 2 separate entities. I drive 15 miles one way and go through all the LA traffic southbound, so that way if it ain't user error then they will handle it. I don't know what you expect. They are friendly and I am not friends with any of them. But as the saying goes... you catch more flies with honey then vinegar. So if you have a bad day and take it out on others don't expect the friendliest response. Customers are always first, but let's face it never right. read more

I've been to a few vape shops before, and they're all had the same vibe- I walk in, everybody glances up for a moment then proceeds to ignore me until I've awkwardly browsed for 10 minutes. Finally they walk up to "help me" and act like I'm some stupid noob and quickly lose their patience as I ask questions about their products. They act like I'm not part of their "crowd" and don't want me to start their "exclusive club." That's not the case here with VaporDNA. Although I did walk in feeling awkward during my first visit, I was greeted by a few dudes nodding their heads at me. There was a girl that was alllll the way on the other side of the store, but she made her way over to help me warmly. My awkwardness melted away as she answered all my questions about certain products, even questions that usually made other store's employees roll their eyes at me. Needless to say, I visit this store once a week now, and the girl whose name I later found out was Asia is always happy to help when I walk in, sometimes recommending better items then what I had originally came in for. And when I got home to try them out, I'm glad I didn't go with what I originally wanted. The store itself is pretty well stocked with mods, tanks, coils, and accessories.
