Excellent service, patient with new explorers. Also have a good overview of setting up.

After explaining our genre preferences and experience level to Sarah, she provided guidance on what options we might like and also find appropriately challenging. We ended up choosing "Signal Lost" in the VR Escape Room. Sarah and Tre were extremely thorough and they did a fantastic job ensuring we had a positive experience. We had some small hiccups as beginner users and they stepped in at exactly the right times to keep us on track and make everything go smoothly. They achieved the perfect balance of being attentive to us without being intrusive to the experience. Before visiting Rations, we thought a VR experience may be a one-time activity, but our experience was so positive that we plan to return. Rations unequivocally deserves a 5 star rating.

We did the escape room at Rations Spaceport and had so much fun! Me and my friends all have January birthdays, which generally suck. The escape room was indoors, challenging, and engaging. We had a 13 year old with us who had a blast. It's family owned, and Sarah they build the physical rooms them selves (so creative and well done)....but oh yeah, they also have Virtual Reality escape rooms too (can't wait to try those). I am also excited to try the John Brown room. Would be a great place to take out of town guests. We're definitely going back!

I've heard of similar interactive gaming…read moresetups, but I didn't know IGB had a location in Arlington--or what to expect from the experience. I went with my niece and was genuinely surprised by how much fun we had! The games were interactive, challenging, and a total blast. We laughed a lot, got competitive, and I'm pretty sure people in the other rooms (or "boxes") could hear us having a great time. I'm really glad we gave it a try, and I'd definitely go back. If you have kids or are looking for a unique family outing, I'd say the passes are well worth it. One quick tip: Know exactly where you're going before you arrive. I didn't realize the location is on the outside of the mall, which wasn't a big issue for me, but it could be frustrating if you're tight on time. The confirmation emails do a solid job providing directions--if you're driving and parking. But if you're getting dropped off (like I was via Uber), the signage and location can be a little tricky to spot. A minor hiccup, but something to be aware of.

Hmmmm, we liked the experience-mostly. It is a great bonding time for families and groups. There…read morewas no strict rule about how many could enter the space at one time, so although 3 of us didn't play, we still fit semi-comfortably in the space. We were offered chairs, as well. There are free lockers to hold purses, back packs, etc-use this bonus because these items will be in the way. There is a shelf in the game room for beverages. Here is the skinny: the game is a screen that covers 3 wall spaces. Too many people and they're in the way. We had 9 the room with 6 playing. We did have to constantly move out of the way during play. The staff were kind, accommodating, informative and just super cool! We appreciated being given instructions on the best package and the best games for our group's dynamic. Because it's a screen with no tangible objects, we probably won't go again, but this is certainly a cool experience for one time or to return to if you have huge discounts.

You and 7 other friends are put in a large space, where you actually walk around the arena and shoot. Different themed games. There are sensors in the game that tells you when you get too close to someone else but I do question the accuracy. Cool part too is if you just watching, you can see what they're seeing as well as them wandering around the floor. they also provide stats of your game and it gets emailed. Lost a star because while we were playing, there was one worker who must've been talking on the phone or to someone else that we could hear on our game headset. Which distracted from the game. we don't want to hear your side convos. Also I think a different worker was legit yelling at us and called us dumb for not understanding where to go next. That's pretty rude when the arrow lines aren't obvious jn some points of the game. We were in a group of intermediate and beginner gamers. Dont have to yell at us. We also reserved this time about a month in advance, and one of the VRs was broken, so we had to break our group into two different sessions. Tip - bring socks with a sticky grip bottom! They don't flag this to you prior and you are forced to purchase theirs.

The price was reasonable considering each game time was about 20 minutes. The staff was very nice even though I showed up late they were very patience. I'm coming again.
