Love these VR shooting games! Just wish they'd come out with new games! Zombie game mode is my favorite so far. You and 7 other friends are put in a large space, where you actually walk around the arena and shoot. Different themed games. There are sensors in the game that tells you when you get too close to someone else but I do question the accuracy. Cool part too is if you just watching, you can see what they're seeing as well as them wandering around the floor. they also provide stats of your game and it gets emailed. Lost a star because while we were playing, there was one worker who must've been talking on the phone or to someone else that we could hear on our game headset. Which distracted from the game. we don't want to hear your side convos. Also I think a different worker was legit yelling at us and called us dumb for not understanding where to go next. That's pretty rude when the arrow lines aren't obvious jn some points of the game. We were in a group of intermediate and beginner gamers. Dont have to yell at us. We also reserved this time about a month in advance, and one of the VRs was broken, so we had to break our group into two different sessions. Tip - bring socks with a sticky grip bottom! They don't flag this to you prior and you are forced to purchase theirs. read more

If you are a gamer or just looking for a new experience, this is the place to try. It felt so real. Although there was only 4 of us it was very exciting. You can also get your steps in. I quite like Zero Latency! I have been twice with my family and each visit has been memorable. The cost per 15 minute session can be pretty hefty (upward of $35/40 if I recall) but the fun time ends up being worth it. You have to purchase socks ($3 per pair I think?) in order to play which does add to the cost, and if it is mentioned on the website/in email communication, then it's very hard to miss because it was a surprise to me/my family upon arriving. I feel like there could be more family friendly game selection options but I wouldn't be surprised if the most popular options are zombie and pow pow related. Beyond that, I have found the staff to be pleasant and the experience to be fun. I'm sure we'll be back at some point so I can make losers of my family once more. read more

Our time playing the zombie game was so much fun! The virtual reality experience was so life like. The staff were polite, welcoming and friendly. They have precise instructions prior to starting the game, and yelled out to us during the game if we got a little stuck. Booking is fairly easy online with a cost of $33 and some change per person. We booked for 5 but only 3 of us were able to attend; they provided me a credit for my next visit. The establishment is clean and the staff cleans the headsets and hand held items after each guest. There are snacks and DEI ks for purchase at the front desk. The only thing I would want to change would be the length of the game. We played the zombie game for 15 minutes and we wanted more time when it was over. Overall our experience was great and we will definitely be returning. We really enjoyed it. read more

I just left Zero Latency in Owings Mills. It was such a good time!! Definitely recommended for groups or even a date night!

*First Time Customers* Customer Service-When we walked in the door, we were immediately greeted and asked if we had an appointment. We did not but we were so grateful that the time that we arrived, it was available. We were celebrating my Husband's birthday and visiting Zero Latency was one of his top requests. We placed our belongings in a locker once we paid for our session and socks. I loved this idea, because who wants to run around while getting attached by zombies with a big luggage purse or coat constraints. After we changed into our socks, we watched a short safety film and were asked if we had any questions, we did and they were answered. Next, it was time to suit up and kick some zombie butt. For a person who isn't a fan of zombies, and for my first VR session, I had no idea what I was walking into. But this was for my man, and I'm always going to stick beside him. LOL!!! This VR experience was way too real, but after a couple of minutes and having headsets to communicate with my Husband and our Game master, Dell, I felt comfortable and went it ready to attack all the zombies, lol. The session went by super fast and of course, we beat the boss. This was so much fun and we will be back again. Special shout out to our game master Dell, he was awesome at explaining everything, answering all of our questions, guiding us through the game, and giving us tips on the best weapons to use on kicking zombie butt. Ambiance- It's a vibe, beautifully decorated, and a huge open space. Also playing in grip socks was the best one to prevent from scuffing the floors and two from being able to move freely. Horrible customer service very rude staff. I will never be back. The greeting coming through the door was Do you have an appointment? Not a Hello or Thanks for coming in. Along with that the lady behind the desk was very snappy, as if I was bothering her coming in. I had an appointment at 7:05p I arrived at 6:50p. She stated that I needed to be there 15-20 mins before my appointment, which she said was on the website and in my email that I never received. She said I will let slide meaning let me come in. Once my party arrived she once again got snappy with them. My nephew and his friends played and they enjoyed the VR experience, however the customer service sucks! I will never return to this location. read more
