Had our van towed to Mausdale so they told me it needed a fuel pump so they replaced and i got a…read moreoil change at same time, picked the van up took home then decided to drive the van to Walmart, came out the store van would start so had to AAA again, the two truck got to me very quickly, the driver got the van started and suggest to take back to Mausdale which I dropped off on Sunday, called the garage Thursday because I didn't hear anything was told it need a switch and it wouldn't be fixed until the following week which I understand. They called me Tuesday said van was ready I picked up on Friday. The first bill was over $900 and the second bill over $300 for a fuel pump and switch, first of all obviously the van wasn't fixed correctly the first time and then charge us a lot the second time. The garage is usually very reasonable but this was very expensive!

Few days went by and didn't receive a call so I called the tint manufacturer myself and they said it clearly a fiber. So I call j and m and again speak with that woman who tells me she didn't get a response and I told her that was odd because I got one in less than 24 hours. She then said I could schedule an appointment to have it fixed...THREE MONTHS LATER. I ask if it will be free on my end since it's not my fault and she said I would have to pay for the tint but not the labor. Asked to speak with manager and she refused to transfer me or give me his number or anything. She tells me they are soooo busy and can't fit me in. You would think they would want to fix a mistake quickly seeing as I already paid 3 times as much as it should be. Three months later I call to make sure I still have an appointment and a guy answers. I had to actually cancel my appointment and he asked if the next week would be good. How did I have to wait 3 months and then only a week. Decided I don't even want to bother with this place ever again since everything is such a hassle and that woman is the biggest pain.
