It truly makes me sad to have to update our previously stellar review, as VS did a great job with their initial installation of our mini-split system. But we have had a malfunctioning unit for months now and after reaching out to them multiple times to fulfill the "warranty" we have gotten no response. I would be happy to amend this review yet again if I do hear from them, but until then beware: good work up front, but less than zero follow-up when there is a problem. read more

I had a problem with my AC unit, turning my cooling system for the first time this year in hot summer days didn't do anything it was supposed to and I was sitting at home sweating in huge discomfort. We needed to install an AC wall unit and they did a great job taking out the really old one that was jammed inside there, swapped it out with out new one and sealed it all up very well.
