Multiple rooms with carpet, tile and parquet flooring were being removed and replaced with hard wood. In addition, a new French door with side lights was installed leading into the back sunroom. Aaron was extremely responsive from the beginning of the project, from the initial visit, obtaining an estimate, determining start dates, adding any additional services or product needed up to and through to completion of the project. All communications are responded to in a timely manner. His team is always on site on time, professional, hardworking and they do excellent work. They didn't protect the windows from the stain. I pointed this out and they returned to clean the windows. There are still smudges on the glass that they weren't able to remove. My front steps have multiple stain marks on them now. I asked Jody to fix the problem. He said he would be over during the week of 8/4 to correct it. I haven't seen or heard from him since. There are multiple areas on the siding with incomplete coverage as shown below. The quality of the work was far below what I expected based on the project cost.

Our project included a nearly complete painting of the interior of our home including ceilings, fresh drywall, old plaster and trim. Jody and his team went above and beyond, helping with color recommendations, sourcing and installing new trim that needed to be replaced and even staining new wood trim to ensure the updates to the room matched the history that we were keeping. Most of all though, we appreciated Jody and the team's flexibility. As this was part of a broader remodel, other projects on the house had some twists and turns. Wow talk about being made feel like a criminal. I admit I get excited in hardware stores and enjoy browsing tools that I might want to buy but to be made out to be a thief is really unprofessional. I wouldn't go pay for my items and give them my phone number for my rewards after I just had stolen anything. I take pride in myself by being a friendly trustworthy person. I don't steal from anyone. We wanted paint for a high traffic area that had washability and would stand the test of 3 young children. He was able to point us in the right direction and we left very satisfied! The paint although very good quality is expensive. The most expensive gallon was around $60.00 which is what we ended up getting although with our coupon, paint rollers and a paint tray we only spent $54.
