Perhaps the icing on the cake was when she pretended to (conveniently) not understand what I was saying to her and started replying to me in Chinese. I was disappointed not only in the quality of their work, but also the lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer service. I had to continually hike my pants up and my green underwear would show. Finally I drove home 20 miles to change into something more practical for the reception. I complained when I returned the rental and they told me that all of their pants were like that because they needed to fit everybody. Didn't work for me. If you're going to redesign something, the result should be better and easier to use than the tried and true. I recommend that if you are going to rent a suit here, find some pants and shirt you are comfortable with and rent only the jacket.
