The area was active but not to the point where parking was difficult. The tile and wires to the tv can be replaced to make it a bit more organized.. When people come into a spa they want to not see unorganized spaces but instead an organized calm environment. read more

Very pricey, basic pedicure was $30 and was told that it was $5 extra for the scraper they use on your feet. Maybe its the area but i live in the hampton roads area and this is usually standard with any pedicure. I do love my nails however, Wint did a great job. I had my acrylic overlay taken off and put a new set back on. read more

Messaged the place on here & got a quick response. Was scheduled for 12 today for a pedi & was in the chair by no later than 12:10. He massaged my feet and legs really good, only thing is he didn't really clean up my cuticles as much as i wanted him to. But overall, customer service was really good. He told me the price before starting my pedi and had me out of there in an hour. Another plus is they are open on Sundays. read more

Went for a mani pedi last weekend, owner promptly responded on yelp for an appointment and was very polite and accommodating. They have a good system in place, including temperature checks and questionnaire before entering. Then there is plastic in place and everyone must wear a mask. Staff was polite and did a great job with mani pedi. Will definitely be going again! read more

They are very nice people. Great customer service and based on that I will return to get pedicures. But unfortunately I was not satisfied with my nails. They were neat and beautiful the first day but on the third day my acrylics started lifting at the base of my nail. Maybe a switch in products but for 100.00 service ( pedi and full set) the full set isn't worth it read more

The best nail techs in Richmond. I was amazed at the quality of work by Fannie and her husband. The color selection was superb and Fannie makes sure it's the color that you want so there will not be any mistakes. My pedicure was amazing. I did not believe all of the dead skin that was removed and I was going to the other salon regularly, it looked as if I hadn't been to a spa in years . The place is busy and they believe in quality over quantity so you may have to wait but it will be well worth it!! read more

I would recommend calling to schedule an appointment of you don't like waiting. I've been going to Fannie for years, I do bring my own nail polish at times because their nail polish selection can be a hit or miss. I e read the previous reviews given to this shop and what a difference a couple of years have made!!! I wish I could give this shop a negative 1!!! The little manager/owner is the absolutely worst ! She will pick and choose who she wants to accept in the shop! People will come in for service and she will say " we're closed for the day and then someone will come in ten minutes later and she'll except them in"! I've seen people who have had a scheduled appointment and she has told them the attendant is not there and to " come back later" Unbelievable!!!! The cherry on top for me is when I went in for a nail color change and this is specifically what I told the owner and she spoke in their language to the nail tech and by the time I was done she charged me 25.00!! I responded for color changed??? Then she said, "ooooo I thought you said a fill in but I said no fill in touched my nails she just removed the previous color and shaped my nails and massaged my hands??? I said no problem, paid and sore never to ever come back again! I can't believe they are still in business with the competition so strong in this area..I will never go to this dump ever again!!!They really should be reported for their practices... read more
